We take pride in our customer care, from owners to tenants, we respond quickly and will treat your rental like a home rather than just another property in our portfolio.
9 Mile Trolley Realty has 2 programs to choose from our Tenant Procurement Program and our Full Property Management Program. Between 6-10% of the monthly rent - depending on age of property, type of property, location and rental rate. Money will be used for approved expenses such as cleaning prior to tenant occupancy, any necessary repairs prior to move in and during the lease term.
There are many vital factors that you should look at when hiring a property management company. One of things that we pride ourselves on is our extensive background check we will perform on potential renters. Over the course of 12 years in property management, we have never had to evict a tenant. We aren't looking for just anyone to fill your rental.
If you need assistance in just getting your property rented but don't need the services of a property management company afterward, we offer our Tenant Procurement Program which includes the following: showing of the property, Tenant Verification and background check, signing of a customized lease and Move In Inspections.
