Boundless Management was formed as a result of a group of real estate investors, who after several attempts with existing property management companies, realized that the only way to have our properties managed with the urgency and professionalism they required was to start our own property management company.
Anyone, 18 or older, who will stay in the property for any period over 2 weeks must apply. Once we have received your application, if it is completed in its entirety and the appropriate application fee has been paid, we will begin working on it immediately. We do our best to get the application processed within 2 business days after receipt, but this depends on how quickly we are able to get in contact with your employer and past landlords.

I have rented from boundless for the past 10 years. My experience was awesome the staff was always very professional and answered my request in a timely manner when it arose. Riel Green was the best. I have done business with Boundless Management for close to 5 years and have nothing but positive feedback.
I live in the E.U. Initially I was concerned about the complexity of managing properties internationally, but Boundless Management did a great job finding good tenants, executing repairs and keeping costs appropriate.
The personnel are polite and responsive and have regularly exceeded expectations. The fee structure and repair billing are a bargain considering the quality of service.

When I moved away from Atlanta several years ago, I hired Boundless to manage 11 properties. Having heard all manner of stories about property managers, I was nervous to say the least. It turned out be a great decision! They did a fine job of stepping in when I stepped out. Tenants were taken care of, rents were paid, maintenance was addressed in a timely fashion at reasonable cost. And when the time came to sell, Boundless did a great job of managing the sales. I can't say thanks enough!

Boundless Management overall was a pretty good rental service. Any time I needed something fixed, they handled it right away. Communication between me and my property manager was easy and responsive.
They only thing I have a negative point on is, the property wasn’t a true renovation. I feel like for a house that old, it should have been.

I've never moved so quickly with purpose! So much so that I leased a property with Boundless, without even seeing the inside of the house first.

I hired this company to property manager my home. I don't reccomend them but i will give credit where its due.
Positives: Boundless leased my home in record time and the only issue i had with the intake process was that I was charged a $200 cleaning fee and nothing was done. Not kidding, I came back to look. Also the monthy mgmt fee they were charging at the time was pretty competitive.
Negatives: In addition to the fake cleaning fee, the next month they charged me $80 to flip a switch from off to on and that's when we parted ways because it was more than obvious that it was going

I hired this company to manage my property. I moved out for only a year for work and had tenants in the home. After less than a year, I attempted to return to this home with my children and found that the house was filthy and infested with roaches. The property manager claimed they did a mid year inspection and a move out inspection and never saw any bugs. Impossible!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars getting the home exterminated and cleaned. I have even had to throw away the refrigerator because the roaches were crawling around in there. The property manager takes no action to hold the tenants

Spent almost 14 days back and forth emailing all the paperwork for this place. Sending already what has always been plenty of info necessary about myself to obtain an apartment. They emailed me back around the third time, stating I did not exist with the credit bureau.
I just got a new car and have monthly payments (I obviously exist), however I did spend countless hours wasting my time calling all credit bureaus after, to be told that what I already knew that indeed yes, my information was all correct and there should be no problem checking my credit by anyone. Boundless Management is a money hungry management. They will find any reason to scheme on their residents and increase their prices or add additional fees. They are also horrible with communication. My roommates and I had a problem with a toilet that caused our water bill to be $300. After paying the bill and getting the toilet fixed we reached out to the company to ask if they could send us a copy of the receipt or forward a copy to the water company in an attempt to get a credit for our next bill.

I am a renter. Do not rent from this company. They took days to follow up on any type of maintenance request and were so hard to get a hold of. They kept nearly all of our deposit, charging us $40 to replace a toilet paper holder and $80 to replace a couple of lights bulbs that were out. They literally nickle and dime you. Their houses aren't in the best neighborhoods either. Run while you can.

I have worked with Boundless Mgmt now for almost two years... As a tenant. NEVER, in all the times I have leased property, have I had an owner so off their rocker... And Boundless did NOTHING to reign her in. She invaded my privacy at least four times a year with "inspections"; the owner expected me, the tenant, to clean the gutters and do the high end home upkeep stuff that was in no way my responsibility as a tenant.
I am sure they are owner friendly... Because they charge you for every activity they do on your behalf, but they are terrible to work with as a tenant. Just yesterday

Boundless Management took over management of my rental properties from another management company and is doing a fantastic job so far. One of the properties had a tenant who was always late in paying rent but had lots of requests beyond owner's responsibility. Caught in a difficult situation, BM dealt with me and the tenant professionally.
The tenant finally vacated but trashed the place. BM was quick to assess the damage, provided a report, and receiving bids. BM also provides many good suggestions that protects the interest of the owner.

As a property owner looking to rent, the choice on a property manager was both a personal/commercial one. We chose Boundless after speaking with a few potential managers based on level of service and competitive pricing. We are early in the relationship in that we just had a tenant move in a few weeks ago so most of this has to do with the tenant securing, negotiation and cosmetic improvement services.
Pros:
Tim is an experienced agent who provides a commercially viable counter to owners emotional expectations. He is calm, professional and responsive.

After issues with plumbing, appliances, critters in the attic, and water pooling up under the carpets, I reached out to Boundless Management to inform them I was without ventilation for a week straight. Temperatures were easily exceeding 90 degrees daily and Boundless took a whole week to get the issue resolved. They took it a step further by insisting on not reducing the rent for the days the home was uninhabitable. Rebecca Shannon, agent that works for this company, will NOT call you back. I called her about 20 times in a 2 day period. She never answered and her voicemail was always full. The outgoing message prompted me to text her, which I did, several times with no response. She finally responded that the home I was interested in had been leased that very day, and she was rude and unprofessional. I can't help but think if she had responded in a timely fashion, I would have been able to rent the home that I wanted to rent. Stay away from this company!

Terrible customer service, from the poorly educated realtor to the office staff. They just like to collect credit applications b/c they charge 50 bucks, with no intention of actually finding you a place to live. I had a verbal offer from both the realtor and the land lady on a saturday, only to have it yanked away from me ( since he wanted a 2 yr lease, which I was also fine with) 5 days before I move. I now have no home and wasted 50 dollars on a crap agency. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
