I switched to Sovereign Realty & Management a few years ago, and I have been very satisfied with the service ever since that decision. This company has found reliable and good tenants which makes it easier for me to rest at night. I also appreciate the staff for their responsiveness, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I was contracted by Sovereign to provide various marketing material. Sovereign is extremely professional and their attention to the smallest details is quite amazing. I have noticed the For Rent / For Sale signs all over town that we designed together. This has been an amazing company to have a vendor relationship with.

A bunch of scam artists that add unlawful charges to your bill every month. Their online portal is faulty. They also like to harass their tenants with weekly inspections. Run, don't walk, from this horrible company. If you're even considering renting from them DON'T. They're slum lords! The way they have done me and my family is unacceptable and outright disgusting. They refuse to let us speak to head of management by saying we have no right to do so, they moved us into a shabby run down excuse of a house and refuse to let us speak to their head of management??? I'm seriously

Fantastic service from John in our rental-house-hunting search. He seemed to be available day & night, by phone, email & text. Within 24 hours of spotting the perfect house, we were signing on the dotted line. Absolutely professional service. I would like to tell you what a wonderful experience it has been to work with your company. But, have to say Jenny has gone way beyond her duties to help me. In the 3 years I have lived at 5157 Roswell RD she has been so helpful. I have never lived at a place the person would be so helpful. She helped me with all the CRAZY stuff that was going on with the person that flooded my apartment she took all the upset calls from me just trying to deal with the CRAZY lady upstairs. She was a angel to me. I am so happy you have her working for your company. She is a joy to me and a great person to talk
