You need a Property Manager you can trust.
A: Canceling our services is easy. Simply let us know 60 days in advance that you wish to cancel our services. Upon notification, we will provide you, or your new Property Management company, with all of the information that we have. We do not charge a termination fee. A: We offer various promotions throughout the year.

Our clients have acquired single family homes from $75K to $250K, and multi-family properties starting at $200K to $600K. Our seasoned brokers, associate brokers, and agents focus on finding investment opportunities with ROI that makes sense to you.
Our rental process makes applying, viewing and renting a property from LEO Prime Properties a breeze. Security deposit is 100% refundable and will be refunded within 30 after move out, per the law and your lease. A: Yes and no. Some owners allow pets and others don't. If you are just applying, provide this information in the application.
Each applicant applying must qualify solely and individually in regards to the following: credit, criminal and rental history. Income verification as stated below will be considered as a household. Application Fee is $65/per adult (anyone over 18 must apply) application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All applications are subject to approval by the owner and may be denied by the owner of the property for any reason.

Trying to get someone on the phone is practically impossible. After many voicemails, emails, and texts inquiring about a property I finally got someone to call me back after 8 days. I have worked with this company for a couple of years. I bought my house in 2006 in Atlanta GA, I hired Leo to manage my property. The fees were reasonable, they handled all the footwork with securing tenants, and maintenance of the property. About 2 years ago we have reached out to LEO Prime Properties with a complex situation – our former property manager had disappeared and left our assets unattended for a while. Some of them were damaged severely, one was about to be foreclosed. None were leased.
Debts (HOA, utilities, tax) were out of control. Since we are not local, physically far from the assets, we did not know what to do.

I've used Leo Prime property now for more than 18 months and I am pleased with their work. I managed my property on my own for more than 10 years renting it out and managing all tenant requests. I was skeptical about using a management company but because of work-related issues, I decided to give it a try. I am convinced it was a good decision.

They have always been attentive to my concerns and the concerns of the tenant. The level of service is exceptional. Maintenance issues have always been handled promptly for the property.
One of the most impressive features about using them is the online report system, you can create a report with everything you would like to see or have what you don't want, not shown, and control on level of detail. Tenants have been overall positive. I will definitely use them again.
