We love pets, and we know many of you do as well. All properties allow for service and assistive animals with proper documentation and others may allow you to have a well-behaved pet. We do have guidelines and require a non-refundable pet fee, a minimum of $400 for each pet (each under 40 lbs*) up to two pets maximum, if permitted at property location.

It has been a joy to work with Rachel! She is knowledgeable about the real estate business. From suggesting the appropriate price for my house to guiding me through the process she is professional and responded quickly to every question I had. She even texted me an explanation asking if I would feel more comfortable with a phone call! She called me immediately.

Came in with not the best of credit and had showed them I was serious about my investment . I have had an excellent experience with Finkelman Real Estate! The staff at the office were always quick to get back to me about any questions and information. Rachel went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment and she gave me her undivided attention. The apartment I rented is in pristine condition and has obviously been very well looked after.
