Tonia has done my hair for many years and she simply is the best. Her salon is quiet and private as she is the only stylist there. Tonia's level of skill is very developed, having been in the business for decades. I can honestly say that I always love my hair and color after I see Tonia. She is patient and listens to what you want and she will give you exactly what you want. My husband also has his hair done by Tonia--he actually found her and she has been doing his difficult hair for years.

I have been going to Tonia for over 2 years. She is definitely one of the best hair stylists I have ever had! I do highlights every 6-8 weeks and a hair cut (I have long hair) every other visit. Aveda dye and products last the longest and are very high quality. Her shop is very cute and clean and I enjoy her company very much. Highly recommend T's Hair Salon!!

I love having my hair perfected by Sean-Robert @ T's Hair. He always knows how to make me smile and creates an enjoyable atmosphere. Loving Tonia and her newly remodeled/expanded salon. I have been going to Tonia for almost a year now...because I was looking for a new, sassy look. And she did it with a cut and color. If you are looking for a make over, getting married, or having another occasion in which you have to look good, call Tonia. Easy to get to, free parking in back (or easy on street), and a great neighborhood.

My daughter is VERY picky about her hair, her style, her look and Tonia was the perfect fit! She took her time, discussed options and what look would be best for the new acting path that my daughter is pursuing. Loved the laid back yet professional feel of her salon. I was in San Diego for three months recently and will be back again next fall for three months. When we hit the road as full-time RVers, my friends asked how I would find a doctor. My reply was: That will be easy. The real question is who will do my hair? When we arrived in San Diego, I was in desperate need of a cut. I got a referral to T's Hair, took a deep breath, and made an appointment. Bingo! Tonia changed up my style ever so slightly and the result was a really cute do and lots of compliments. I've been seeing Tonia (THE T in T's Hair) since 1994 and wouldn't trust my tresses with anyone else!
My hair is naturally curly but I've been straightening it for about 5 years now. Initially we used relaxers to straighten it but for the past few years we've been using a Keratin treatment which is better for the health of my hair.
For a number of years I got highlights in the summer & "lowlights" in the winter months and repeated the process a number of times. Sadly, with age has come sparklers (grey hairs) so now I get my hair colored on a regular

I've been here three times and each time I've loved my haircut afterwards. Tonya has a beautiful studio and is very friendly and knowledgeable about hair. She does wonders with my curls and tells me special ways to treat it. I'm a devotee. $65 for a woman's cut, $75 the first time but she has a Yelp special that makes it only $50! I am in love with my cut and color Tonia gave me! I thought more layers in my hair would make it look stringy and thinner but somehow, she worked magic and made it look thicker, fuller, and went really well with my natural hair texture. She's also just an awesome person--I felt like I've known her forever, which is probably why I let her put my hair in a ponytail and cut from there :P. I've been going to a family friend for years so I was very nervous about finding a new lady but this experience with Tonia was perfect and put me at ease with everything. Very happy with my new hair

I posted this review on Savvy's Hair Salon page before I noticed that T's had its own Yelp page, so am just re-posting my review here.
I checked out Savvy after walking past it a bunch and finally went in today. It is now "T's Hair salon & day spa of San Diego" and I had a GREAT haircut with Anthony. He spent a lot of time asking me questions about what I wanted and while I had a tough time explaining, he was super patient and kept asking me questions while he washed my hair. I ended up with a fabulous haircut that was EXACTLY what I wanted. I have tried two other
