Cascade BBQ was inspired by the Cascade Mountains and our love of BBQing with family friends. Oh man, what a disappointment! Did Cascade change ownership or management? I have been here in the past and it was always good. Tonight ,not so much.
First, I called to order my food an hour in advance. I told them I'd be there at 440. I showed up and no food! They never filled my order. So no I didn't leave a tip! I need to say. I always tip well. It was a 30.00 bill and i had a 10.00 bill in my pocket for the tip. If my food was ready when i got there i would have happily given a great tip! My first impulse was to just walk out! Not a person in the place! 5 or 6 employees doing nothing

I am going to give this BBQ based on the great smoke flavors and their delicious BBQ sauces. You have young workers here so sometimes things can be a little off. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and got burnt ends instead. My most recent order, ribs and pulled pork was great but the Texas toast was burnt. Nothing will keep me away from here no matter is served up. Side note, the chicken can be a little dried out but the BBQ sauce can bring it back to life.

As we enter the restaurant, we were greeted by a young friendly staff person , who was all smiles ( behind the mask. ) We felt welcomed and our business appreciated. The meal was top of the line the smacked burger and the bread corn pudding were out of the ball park, plus their 1/4 tri trip and mac and cheese just amazing .

Cannot rate it low enough. ribs were black on the outside and super red on the inside. they were so hard to pull apart i was shocked they would even consider them "fall off the bone" ribs. the tri tip burnt ends in my mac n cheese were all full of just fat and rubber it felt like. the mac n cheese also had no flavor whatsoever. the baked beans were the only thing they made right. $50 for the worst food i've ever bought. i cannot believe a place this expensive would serve food this crappy. never coming here again. this is the second time they've burnt my food as well. i&apos

UNBELIEVABLE. My fiancé picked up a meal for us as a celebration this afternoon, I placed the order online & over an hour in advance for 2pm. My fiancé arrived 5 mins early & to no surprise the food was already ready. This has happened before & the food was cold & they graciously remade the food. TODAY, the manager did not resolve the problem of cold food & actually claimed it was fresh & that they toasted it like we asked. This is burnt not toasted. I asked for burnt end tri tip in my Mac & cheese(which is warm ish), not burnt bread. Texas Toast is $3 for 2 slices

There are not many bbq places around, especially with sit down dining...this one fills the bill! Indoor and outdoor seating. Typical bbq fare...ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, and more. Add in about 8-10 options to accompany your entree, ie potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans, mac and cheese, and more. Food is good, with reasonable amounts. Several bbq sauce options, all provided in bottles, at your table. Good selection of beer and wine available. Several tv's with sports.

Been there 5 or 6 times in the last year, always hopeful. I was happy once. All the other times it took forever to get my food, and it was food that was not my first choice because they never have my first choice -- they're always out of the smoked prime rib dip. The pulled pork is too fatty. Cole slaw looks like it comes from Kirkland or some other mass produced garbage.
It's too expensive, too slow, and too inconsistently stocked.
I am done with this place. Y'all can have it.

The food here is really delicious; I’ve never had anything that I didn’t love. I usually get the signature plate with the ribs, chicken, and two sides. The mac n cheese is heavenly and always one of the sides I order. Sandwiches are great, too.

Omg! Seriously love their bbq! I was impressed not only with the food but the service. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My brother didn't like one of his side choices and they gave him another without any rudeness or issues. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing . I had a good time here!

Meat pretty good, side dishes ok. The BBQ beans were a bit too sweet for me. It's counter service, so very casual. Beer is expensive. $7 a pint...ouch. Is that where beer prices are at now? Seems like I just did the double take when a pint jumped to $5. $3.25 for a bottled cream soda. The best part was the very friendly, helpful staff. Will probably go back on occasion.

There are a few things that make a bbq place great... and Cascade BBQ ticks most of those boxes. A great value, the ribs were smokey, saucy, juicy, and tender. The BBQ nachos were a fun twist and yummy. Mac and cheese is an American BBQ must have on the menu, but really difficult to get right. The tri-tip bites were great, but the mac was lack luster. Chicken is also an overlooked, and often miss treated BBQ meat, and theirs was dry, but still descent. One last important box is the sauce, and they serve a variety of them, all of which we liked. This place was amazing! The food was VERY good and the staff was super nice. Honestly, it was the best experience I've had as far as staff friendliness. There's not a bad seat in/outside this place. Can't wait to stop by during the summertime and sit outside (though, the weather was nice enough today, we could have). We ordered the pulled pork, ribs, tri-tip burnt ends, mac and cheese, pulled pork sandwich, and a side of baked beans and coleslaw. Every dish was worth ordering again. I'll definitely be back and may purchase a few shirts as well!

One the positive note the BBQ is average, but the one thing you should keep in mind is that the staff are slow and disorganized there are eight individuals working to turn out already finished smoked meat and beer. It lacks a manager who can move the product in an orderly fashion. If you don't have 45 minutes to kill on a to go order, then I would not recommend. No idea how long it would take to get served for dine in. Not willing to find out.

Im from California and was visiting a friend in Oregon for the weekend. We Google searched "Corvallis BBQ" and Cascade was the top search. As someone who LOVES BBQ I can truly appreciate a good plate. This food rivals some of the best I've had throughout Texas and even places I frequent in Southern California. I am really impressed with the quality of the food. Also was lucky to have an opportunity to speak with the owner who is a genuinely good person. This is a place everyone locally should support. And if you're looking for a great BBQ place, it's worth the drive!

We just ordered take out and it was amazing! Everything was delicious and the customer service was great. They have a huge cooler full of canned bear and cider and you can create your own 4 or 6 pack which is perfect during Covid times when we're all doing so much take out. We ate it up so fast there was no pics to post. Also their pickles are the best pickles ever.

I seriously love this place, and I have only been twice! The first time was my moving day back to Corvallis in late January. My brother and I were starving, and i felt like we pretty much ordered one of everything....and it was all so good! I highly recommend adding the burnt ends to ANY side dish. Or adding burnt ends to your burnt ends....Can't. Get. Enough!

Staff were super attentive and nice. I thought the food was great. We were a group of people and did an order if wings to start out. They were so good that we had to get another order. The ribs were delicious and so were the wraps we got. Good beer selection and they have a play area for kids. Recommend you give them a try.

I had the wings, side, and cheesecake. The wings were awesome! Great smokey flavor and the bbq sauce on it didn't overdo the smokey yummy flavor. The side was the rainbow noodles and they were pretty good. I would add bacon to it personally, but that's just me. The cheesecake though was the best cheesecake I've ever had! Yes it had a light smoke to it, but it only added to the flavor. I think it was orange and pomegranate, and you'd think it wouldn't taste good, but what the hell. I tried it and it was a perfect, light end to the dinner. I am gonna go back to try other stuff. It's okay on the price
