These people are incompetent and unprofessional. Gwen Negrete specifically lacks the ability to be organized and take accountability for her actions or lack thereof. I lived on a property that was sold to their company in June and I informed them I’d be leaving by the end of July. They wanted me to fill out an application anyway for legal purposes so I obliged and then left by the end of July like I said I would. We tried reaching out to their Current Tenant and Future Tenant numbers multiple times and emailed them multiple times, only to NEVER hear back from them. This is incredibly frustrating and extremely unprofessional. It is very unfortunate because we found a beautiful house and would have loved to rent from them, but because they never responded we were never able to clarify what paperwork we were missing from our application. Won’t respond back to emails or VM. When you call them and they actually pick up. They are quick to get all sensitive that you are frustrated and bothered. They are super unprofessional Mary for one is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met.

They dont answer the phone, when they do you’d think they’re in training because they have absolutely no knowledge of anything you ask them. They literally do not check your application but are charging almost $80. They lie and tell you it takes 5 business days and still leave you with no response. This is the worst property management company. A bunch of slumlords

Poor communication and service! I confirmed my appointment for a showing twice via phone prior to 7/5 and on the day of (3 hours before) I received a text message stating that the agent was sick! Not to mention, the company had already called to change the time from 11am to 2pm because Michelle wasn’t available. BULL, Michelle ( the agent) knew she was sick at 8am and could have called ( as did before) to reschedule. HIRE SOME RELIABLE AGENTS!!!

I lived at a property back in 2015 and they didn’t give us accurate info on how to vacate properly. We turned in our keys and never looked back. (They made our lives a living hell when we lived there, so we wanted to leave fast.) We never heard from them again. Present day, I am trying to move out of state and on my rental history it states that I owe $3000 to this company for them having to repaint the property. If I could give this company 0 starts believe me I would. This company is super unprofessional, not responsive, and at this point it feels like they have the option of email and phone number just to look like they care (which they don't). My dad had called Saturday to schedule a viewing for said house and he spoke with Jay Myers so they said to go on Tuesday at 5pm. Where do I began?
First the main lady Mary is amazing!
I believe she in the only one- she is professional and great at her job but unfortunately she didn’t handle my rental.
I moved out of my rented house a month ago and just got a email today over 30 days later that my deposit was mailed out in the 29th of January! She didn’t mention the amount or give me details of what the owner was requesting.
I left that house in perfect condition- looks brand new!
She now tells me to wait for the report in the mail- but with all this technology really???
Not to mention when my a/c went out for a
