I worked with Sandy at Keystone and found that not only was she friendly. She explained the process so there were no surprises in the end. Very through! If I called even if no one was available or I didn't leave a message she would contact me anyway. That is what I call taking care of your client. Attentive! The Keyrenter team was extremely helpful; FAST, professional, courteous and empathetic.
We found a few of their managed properties across the major listing sites and it was always a breeze working with their staff and properties. My wife & I really appreciated the self-guided on site visits, managed through their text codeboxes on-site.
The only piece of feedback to pass on is that renting in Austin in no-joke and you've got to be prepared for a ton of admin to reach approval.

We have had such a good experience with Keyrenter property management. Unlike most property management companies, Keyrenter has been so easy to communicate with, incredibly kind, and very fast and accommodating in their responses. Sandy in particular has almost become a friend in the process haha, she is great! You'll be treated like a real person they care about, not just another applicant or tenant. It also felt like they were really rooting for us to get the house we wanted

In my short time working with Keyrenter, I have been so impressed with the professionalism, clarity, communication, and organization. Very quickly, they worked with me to get my home ultra clean and ready for a new tenant then found a tenant and completed the process. Tania at Keyrenter Austin has been so friendly and pleasant the whole time as my partner and I have been going through the process of moving. Even from the first day when I booked the viewing, she called me right as I got to the house and helped make sure I was able to get in and that everything went smoothly. She was personable and comfortable and made it easy to follow up with her about my experience and any questions or concerns I had. The process took several days but she managed to give me updates, sometimes multiple times in a day, that allowed me to feel in the loop and at peace that things
