Best apartments in Kingman. Well maintained and friendly staff. Very peaceful place and great location. Staff was always super helpful and willing to help with anything our family needed.

Very friendly and understanding staff! Catherine is great, she is hands on and cares about the residents. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. The apartments themselves are spacious especially when compared to others in the area. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Kingman.

Nice floor plans, good flooring, quiet, affordable, very nice courtyard. The location is perfect sitting across from large city park, pool, library, and within walking distance of school, foid, and other parks along city bike way.
