I lived for more than 2 years,make all the payments on time and fulfilled all the requirements to receive back my deposit i paid at the time of lease but it almost 2 months i left the apartment but still i don't receive my $500 deposit back i called every week they keep saying that my check will be receive this week,its coming this week but i did not receive yet.i am very disappointed with the service

I love Centennial Crossing! This complex is located in a nice grove area away from traffic, and is surrounded by beautiful areas to run and walk. The staff and maintenance staff are all so friendly, helpful, and caring. I am very happy to have stumbled across this complex to live in, and it's right off the highway, so I'm able to get to Nashville in less than 25 minutes most days.

I only moved in yesterday but we already love it so much. We loved from across the country and Amanda and Reggie made it so easy. The updated units are so very nice. I literally cried when I walked in and saw everything. This is our home until we’re ready to buy a house!
Edit: The staff has continued to be nothing but accommodating, including our maintenance man who is so kind. Reggie and Amanda are the best.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there are services beyond their control that make living in these apartments an unpleasant experience. First, you forced to pay $26/month for valet trash service that doesn't pick up your trash half the time. As a new tenant, I was given a nasty old can to put outside my apartment door. It is an eye sore and some days the trash service wants my bag in the can and some days it does not. Second, maintenance requests take forever to get addressed. Upon move-in my dishwasher was broken and full of stinky water. It took over a month to get the

First of all I came into the office and met with Reggie. He was professional and easy to work with right from the jump. I have to say he really goes a long way to make sure you understand your lease and everything involved. He promised it was a great peaceful community and after being here a month that’s exactly what I’ve found it to be. So if your in the market for an apartment go see Reggie! Seriously the easiest most professional leasing agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great community!

I have lived here for 6+ years, the current management team are great(I miss Roxy) they are always helpful, I do my best to treat them courteously, with respect and remember that I am one of many that live here, so It may take a minute for something/someone to get to me, and they always do. No matter where you live, it will be what you make of it I enjoy being here, Good place to live!!

I moved out in Feb 2019 & they over charged me by $30. Roxy stated it was an error & Amanda would get back to me. Amanda (property manager) won't respond to emails, phone calls, messages & when I come in she's never there. I finally contacted M3 Management company about the problem. Got a phone call saying the check was being sent. That was in… April. No check & now they won't return any phone calls. Roxy makes living at this place awful. Every time I come in contact with her she’s rude, disrespectful and catches a very ugly attitude. She has no good customer service skills whatsoever. There’s never any parking at night so you have to walk a lot to get home. They make you pay $30 for “trash service” that doesn’t pick up your garbage and then… they tell you “just take it back inside or we will charge you $35 fee” on top of the $30 you pay for trash service. How nasty, or you have to take it yourself to the dumpster. Which makes no sense to why
