I moved on February 7th I believe.
I work evenings and nights and unfortunately I have neighbors upstairs that have kids running every morning, afternoon and night (10pm+)and every weekend all day long when all I want I some peace and quite.. The office said that kids are just kids apparently I have to deal with this noise every day until my lease ends because kids are just being kids. No consideration for the neighbors or me that I was looking for a quite place to live. This is the biggest problem I am having in the apartment. The noise and not being able to have a solution, which is not fair

Affordable for the area and very quite. Lived here going on three months, no issues! Office staff is quick to respond to any phone call or email. Maintenance came straight out when i had an issue with my dryer. They also allow you to break pet fees up into the months of rent which was a huge thing for me.

I haven't lived there- but my friend and I viewed a unit last year. We were apartment hunting. She lives in Maryland and I live here in Madison. I just wanted to say that the staff was very professional and very personable. I can't even say enough. I was surprised to see a negative comment about the staff- so I just wanted to share my positive experience that I had. Beautiful community and very friendly office staff!!!

I absolutely love living here! I have lived here for almost a year now and have enjoyed every day of it. We have the two bedroom floor plan with wood floors. I love the apartment layout, office staff is so helpful and sweet, and the amenities are great! I have lived in other apartment complexes, and this home is my favorite!

I enjoyed my time at these apartments. Maintenance was always prompt and friendly to our animals. It’s a nice place to live and close to a lot of shopping/grocery stores/restaurants. The only improvement could be the ventilation. When I lived there in 2015-2016, anytime our upstairs neighbors decided to toke up in their bathroom, smoke poured into our bedroom and bathroom through the vents. 😒

Bed bugs in neighboring apartment complex that they don't inform other tenets about! Brown recluse infestation problem. Unfriendly staff at the front desk. ONE of the maintenance staff members is friendly. THEY NEVER COME TO SPRAY FOR BUGS as promised multiple times. They have raised prices which are not fair based off of neighboring apartments which are much nicer. In the summer wood bees fill some porches with dust, it's not included in their "pest control" to do anything. And apparently your friend's service dog can't come visit if you haven't paid the pet

While the maintenance staff are nice and eventually get to most requests, the apartment complex does not have maintenance call the tenant before coming to an apartment. They knock on the door a few times, but if you're in a large apartment, it's very hard to hear maintenance when they knock. I've been caught several times right out of the shower or changing clothes in the back bedroom when maintenance guys walk right in. I've started keeping my bedroom door open and leave my dog to roam the apartment bc maintenance will not enter if they hear a dog inside the door that isn&apos
