We have lived here for 9 months now, and have been very happy with management, the quality of the upkeep and appearance of the complex is very good. We live on second floor and feel the noise barriers are good. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Only one star off because of parking at times is sparce, and the kitchen could use more drawers.

I can't say enough about Glenbrook Apartments! I lived there for three years. The entire complex is beautiful and always clean. Everything inside is up to date and stylish. Glenbrook Apartments have all the amenities that you could ever need, right behind the complex. The amazing office staff is always available and and ready to answer any questions you may have or help you tackle a project. April, Brenda and Heather are the kindest ladies to speak to and always go the extra mile to ensure that your needs are taken care of promptly! I couldn't have asked for a better office crew. I think the office and maintenance staff are great! They are always so helpful in the office and super nice. Maintenance normally gets to my work orders either that day or the very next day and everyone is so professional and down to earth. I lived at a complex where everyone acted like if I had a question or an issue in my apartment like I was bothering them, and this place has been a refreshing change!

Lived there for about 6 years; moved in right when it was still being constructed in some places. It grew a lot, but parking was always abysmal and the staff was extremely unfriendly. Not accommodating. Didn't matter how long we'd been there or how nice we were, they treated us terribly. But the apartments are great quality, the maintenance staff is really sweet, and I hated to move out when we did. Walking up those stairs every day was brutal. Third story is worth it if not for the walk up lol.
The trash situation is hilarious, it's handled so bad. My recommendation, don't get an apartment directly

Just moved out and they were totally unfair with my deposit and say I owe more, very petty and feel totally screwed!!! Make sure you get a professional cleaning company when you move out!!! I left my apt vacuumed , broom swept and wiped down and they complained about a few crumbs and a drip of laundry detergent, shame on you guys, feel totally ripped off!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever come in contact with. Staff is rude and doesn't care about the tenants. I pay a lot of money for a one bedroom and there are never any parking spots. You have to pay extra for a "reserved spot". Well, my car got towed this morning after one of the staff… members previously told me I could park in his reserved spot if there were no other available spots. They were incredibly rude and told me they couldn't do anything about it. Janette just told me to leave and as I was walking out, sarcastically

If you ever have your car break down on the side of the road and don't have access to you keys for your apartment because the towing company has them don't expect anyone to come help let you into your apartment. Apparently having my dog stuck and stranded in my apartment for over 12hrs isn't a emergency. Call the emergency line 10 times just to be… told oh well call a lock smith. I have never once in my life lived in a community where the emergency staff was "unable" to open my door. Had the locksmith not got there in the fast time he did I would have kicked the door down myself.I wish I

My last review was deleted by Janette in the office. As a consumer, I have the right, as everyone else, to post a review on my experiences with this complex. Janette is extremely unprofessional and the harassment I experienced as an expecting mother this morning was unbelievable. Finally we received contact information for the owners, who will be… notified of the cruel and discriminatory behaviors shown by this staff member.
