Beautiful Property. The units are outdated. Stay away. The staff here is rude. No one wants to help. You call the office, they do not answer. The management here lack customer service. I have never dealt with a more rude and abrasive staff. If you make a compliant they make it seem like you have an issue. I wish they would be more customer centric. Spend your money elsewhere.

We've lived here going on 4 yrs now. The community is great the other tenants are very friendly. The neighbors above us on the 2nd floor are occasionally loud and we've had to inform them multiple times about that, the property is very well kept. The staff who worked in the office when we 1st moved in was amazing. This new staff I'm not too sure about, they aren't as friendly as the previous staff who worked in the office. The only two bad things I can say is the trash compactor is routinely messed up and the exit gate breaks down a lot.

I thought this place would be great when I was going through the process of looking for an apartment about 6 months ago. Kelsey was very helpful and is very nice, still is to this day. However, once moving in I have had nothing but problems with this place. Kim, the other person who works in the office, is very rude and not helpful at all. She does not take responsibility for anything and just passes it off. Since day 1 of moving in I had so many problems with my apartment. It was dirty, my floors were coming up, my blinds needs to be replaced, my sink was missing the spray feature, water was leaking

I’ve been at the property since May 7th, 19’
Overall the community has been very active with parties, and community garage sales. The location is great near tons of stores. I’ve only had 1 maintenance request, my bathroom fan stopped working and they fixed it within two hours. Also one day I thought I left my stove on and they came to my apartment to check for me. Great with that safety concern and was very quick to act.

This complex may appear to be nice on paper & with a cursory look, but when you sign the lease you will quickly find out what it is all about. The office manager may appear to be friendly and professional, but if there is ever an issue or concern, her tactic is no response or avoidance. Your utilities will be high and rent increases yearly at about a 10% rate. There are quite a few negatives that can't all be listed here. Save your money. Live where you're not ripped off.

We have lived at the Grove at Waterford crossing for two years, and if I could give it more stars I would. We've lived in Nashville area for 13 years,and this was our best experience. The Management, and Team there are all around amazing. We enjoyed the pool, and the 24hr gym, and business center was extremely convenient for our hours of work. I've watched the Management truly care for the residents,and make it a Community of awesome people. We are thankful to the Grove for two years of a wonderful experience. Today was our last day, and we will miss the people, as well as the Grove Team. They
