This place is disgusting and constantly dirty. There are always kids roaming around halls or without parents in the streets almost getting hit by cars. I can't even go to the gym in peace without kids screaming or running around. Walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors alarm almost everyday. Constant fire alarms being pulled and cops arriving at random times of the night. Terrible place to live and would never recommend it to anyone.

Avoid this place like the plague. Has changed management 4 times. When we lived there we had a drug dealer living above us that beat his wife and kids everyday. Office did nothing about it for 3 months. Cops always called to the complex because of parties and people stealing things. Was told ok to move out August 1st because lease was up. We… moved out June 26th. and even paid July’s rent when we were not even living there. Was told by one of the office people if we get our place cleaned up before August 1st we may be able to get some of our rent back that we paid for July. Get a bill

This complex is not well taken care of. The hallways are stained and smell, there is trash everywhere, and people constantly litter. Vandalism is common. I had a vehicle keyed in the parking lot. I lived on the first floor and my upstairs neighbors would throw cigarettes, food scraps and trash on my patio. The upstairs neighbors also shot fireworks off their patio. Cops were called regularly because of domestic disputes. I lived here for three years and the quality declined rapidly while prices went up. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to rent. I want to preface that my partner and I have lived here for the past year with no real issues besides some pests but with the new management, it’s been terrible. I’ve requested a lease renewal for over a month now and have called numerous times as well as left voicemails and emails to still have zero communication. This management team has touted that they’re so much better than the previous team but we have not experienced that. If you think you will access the 2 pools here, think otherwise. The pools have been closed more than they have been open. It does not take 3 weeks to change pool filters. "Maintenance is being done", let's be clear no maintenance is being done whatsoever. But hey, if you like your pools nice and green. Here ya go.

Very disappointed in the communication management has displayed. We applied for a unit almost 2 weeks ago and have received zero communication from anyone at Autumn Ridge. I looked at the status of the unit we applied for and it is now unavailable. I have called everyday this week to only be sent directly to voicemail. My email has not been replied to either. The one glimmer of hope was when we finally got ahold of a live person after many MANY failed attempts, only to be told the manager would call us back later and that never happened. We paid a large fee to apply and gave Autumn Ridge our money

Do not recommend. False advertising of luxury. Overpriced! The amenities which are paid for in the rent such as pools have been closed more than they have been open this summer with no explanation. Poor communication from management. Grounds are full of garbage and pet waste. Your just a number to fill their units.

Absolutely incredible. I just moved here from out of state for a new job. I didn’t have time to come look at the property personally and was relying on the leasing agent Jessica’s information and description. It did not disappoint at all. Well maintained, great neighborhood and very spacious. The property management team has been great and made the transition so smooth!

I had a 15 month lease that was signed just as Hubbell was taking over. Under their management, I was ready to get out of my lease by month 6. They were very focused on having events for residence, yet failed to give the residents what they wanted - safe, clean and secure buildings.
Though I was at the end of my lease when the new management company took over, here is what I’ve noticed: the buildings seem FAR more maintained then before. Building no longer smells like garbage, the floors are clean, doors aren’t left hanging open.

Rented a three bed, two bath. One bath broken upon move in and unusable. Multiple emails sent about fixing it - none of which even warranted a response. Very thin walls and ceilings for noise (but that’s apartment living). Attempting to now get out of lease and some how “compensated” as bath tub is still not fixed. Will update if there is a positive outcome but I have not had any positives thus far with prior management (note there is new management so hopefully we can come to a fair agreement).

These apartments are great! It's in a great location at the heart of Waukee and lots of area restaurants and grocery stores. Overall I like the amenities of the two pools, gym, basketball court, and easy access to the bike trail a few blocks away. Very well maintained and a friendly staff! Speaking of friendly staff, Johnny was amazing! He went… above and beyond to find the right apartment that met my needs! The only issue I have would be garages/storage units. Due to residents having the ability to rent more than 1 garage it leaves several without options. Luckily there is a new U-haul

Leasing office staff are amazing! I just signed a new lease with the complex and the process has been so smooth and easy going, even with not having ANY in person contact! I HIGHLY recommend working with Johnny... he has been helpful, consistent and has done a great job of answering all of our questions with great knowledge! Great place! Highly recommend!
