I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month lease at Strathmore. In wake of COVID, I found myself looking to move into a short-term lease on short notice. Jessica and the team did an AMAZING job to get me moved in the same day that I applied for a unit. I couldn't be more thankful. The apartment itself was very good and exactly what I wanted (balcony, spacious kitchen, office setup for WFH with great internet, washer/dryer, etc.). But my positive remarks are really meant to reflect the helpfulness of management. They were responsive, solution-oriented, and kind. I would have appreciated more transparency for

This is the WORST management I’ve ever experienced.
Three MONTHS after moving out, I received a collections bill for over $800.00 for “damages”. I disputed this bill, as I left the unit in great condition, going as far to steam clean the floors and shampooing the carpet. Strathmore claimed they had to replace blinds, carpet, and have the floors… professionally cleaned. I again disputed this, and Strathmore refused to provide proof of the damage. They would not send photos, and when I persisted, they claimed it wasn’t actually damage, but an “odor” so they
