This place is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Management, communication, and everything is horrible. Started off with one landlord that messed up our lease multiple times and didn’t know how to do her job then the apartment wasn’t clean and the carpet was disgusting when I moved in. Now that I moved out the deposit and notice issue is a joke. I could go on and on but I won’t. Don’t ever do reviews but just want people who read these to be aware.

These apartments are a joke. First problem; the landlord said that I qualified in my pay of $900 a month, and he said that only utility I would have to pay for is electricity. When I moved in the floor boards were rotting, the carpet was all sliced up, and the door knob was broken, and within the first four months there was black mold growing in the bathroom. All of these things were repeatedly mentioned to be fixed and NEVER got done. I'm amazed the place is standing! Better yet when I tried to find a roommate to take over my lease with just 4 months left to rent, somehow five people and their

I am writing this importantly as a cautionary tale, to protect someone making the poor choice I did.
I recently moved out and the process was horrible. They picked and chose through my tenure when to use the lease rules and when to ignore them ( 1 year). There were issues with our apartment from the get go which I at first ignored as I live pretty easy going
They are definitely a apartment complex that will do what it takes to keep your deposit as I became aware when I moved out as they had a discrepancy in what I owed and confirmed with prior to moving.. then choosing send me a bill with added

Horrible! Served my friend court papers for non payment even tho he had paid. They knew he had moved out so tried to pull a fast one! Thankfully my boyfriend lives down the hall and I saw the paper and alerted him! He won of course. Then they served his mother a 3 day notice for non payment of rent even tho she had paid and has proof! Horrible apartments and landlords. DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!

I love living here! Located near grocery stores and restaurants. If I ever have a concern or question, management emails me back in a great amount of time. If I have a maintenance request, it gets taken care of within a day or two! The only thing I don't care for, are the kids running around all the time, but you'll get that anywhere you go. Some appliance updates would be nice, too! Such great management here! I highly recommend!

I agree with the other reviews. The place went significantly downhill when the new management took over in 2013. When I signed my lease they said after the 12 months was up I could go month to month & there would be no extra charge, I just would be subject to rent increases if it changed. No big deal. Only had to pay for electricity. Then, they changed it so it was an additional $100 to do month to month. They raised rent. And started charging for water, sewage, pest control, and an admin fee. The amount they charged for water & sewage was ridiculous, way too much! The pest control was laughable

I am giving these apartments 5 stars for a number of reasons. First and foremost, as a college student, for a two bedroom apartment, $680 a month is not bad at all, given the location. The property manager, Sean, always gives time to his tenants, and really seems to care if there is an issue. This place is not fancy, and full of stuck up people, which is exactly what we wanted. The people around here seem to be genuine as well, which is always a treat.

Gave me a 3 day eviction notice (illegal) and then told me they took me to court without any papers or going themselves. Horrible people and lyers!
