Lift At Jordan Creek

We lived at Lift this past year and have had many positives along with a few negatives. Since the management change, things have seemed to run a lot smoother, though. The apartments are great, though seem to have been built quickly and have some small issues. The ceilings are higher than normal, the layout is open, and the appliances are newer. As a family of five, our apartment felt extremely spacious. I think there are a lot of complaints about apartment life here, but you have to remember that it is exactly that: apartment life. My security and safety have always been made a priority and all maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. The grounds are kept nicely and the fitness room , pool area and commons inside the clubhouse are also kept very clean. I have experienced such a turn around when new management arrived. Truly a blessing to this property.

My experience with Lift at Jordan Creek over the last 2 years has been amazing. Management has always done their best to take care of us and handle any issues in a professional manner. I would highly recommend choosing Lift at Jordan Creek to be your next home.

I have lived in this community since 2020. The new management turned this place around. It is now a very enjoyable place to live at. Alicia, Daryl, and John are very knowledgeable and friendly. With previous management my phone calls and emails would never be answered. Now my emails and phone calls are returned in a timely manner, every time. I haven't ever had an issue with parking. The outside hallways really help to separate the apartments so you do not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. Overall the community is quiet, clean, safe, and affordable. never change their ways. They have new management like every 4 months. No lies we have 4 different managements my entire year here.

If i could give this place a ZERO, i would if i could. I lived here from July 2020 to June 2021, the first day of living there seemed fine. Til we had management come by to inspect the apartment with us to find one of the doors to the master bedroom broken, and was told it could be replaced within the first week of living there. After weeks of putting in multiple request to get a door replaced, it kept getting pushed back. Then we had one of our bathroom sinks crack and put in another request to get fixed. Personally, my roommate and I have really liked living here. We don’t have any problems, our neighbors aren’t loud, and our apartment is really spacious. We recently had our air conditioning break and it’s a solid 88° in our apartment. It’s taken them 5 days to fix it, even though I thought it should be something emergent. Maintenance is supposed to come fix it today, but the lady at the front desk has been super snobby about it. All I ask was that it gets fixed sooner than later, and she acted like I was dumb. Management is the most unpleasant people to work with. Margaret has broke fair Housing Laws. The way she speaks about and to people is sick. As a property manager myself if you could look at the bigger picture and get rid of the issue Margaret then you maybe able to keep tenants longer then a year maintenance man longer then a month and a manager longer then a month. Look at the problem and get rid of it so you can have a good complex. Margaret has treated me as well as majority of tenants very disrespectful. I have been living here since July 2020. I absolutely love my unit. The layout is wonderful and spacious with plenty of storage space. When I first moved in, I had some internet connection issues. I sent in a maintenance request via The Lift website. Maintenance came quick the next day while I was at work and the issue was resolved very quickly. Neighbors can be very noisy, but management is quick to address any issues. Paying rent online is easy and efficient. No recycling, which causes the garbage to be filled quickly and is just simply not environmentally friendly.

When I moved in a year ago things were amazing, awesome neighbors that were quiet and respected everyone living around them. My lease ended in February and the last couple of months were awful.
