This company was the best! The scheduler was super nice and got me on their schedule quickly. The plumber, (Meekee, not sure on the spelling) they sent to my house was masked, on time, friendly and helpful by explaining everything he needed to do and why. When he was finished he cleaned up any mess he made and gave me some info regarding a future repair I might need. This company also was half the price of the first estimate I received! They are officially my new plumbing service!

Lonnie at Shaw Plumbing was fantastic. Came out to fix our Washing Machine water line faucet and was in and out in 20 minutes. He was professional, kind, liked my dog, brought shoe booties to the door and threw them on (my wife says thank you for that!) and wore a mask inside our home.
Shaw Plumbing itself was great and easy to work with. The dispatcher - Justin I think his name was - was knowledgeable about services and turn times, and even called me up a day early to let me know Lonnie was in the area and could knock us out while he was up here. 5* service, and have earned my future business

They made it out before anyone else could. They were on time and got everything done in a timely manner. We had our main water shut off replaced and a few minor things. Everything was done perfectly and he gave us some helpful tips.

Sam Rodriguez was extremely professional and quick to fix our non-functioning shut off valve to our toilet! Every time I call Shaw Plumbing they are extremely helpful and get us scheduled within 2-3 days max! Such an outstanding company, I will never do business with any other plumbing company again! Thank you Shaw plumbing for the outstanding service and help with the last 3 plumbing issues on our “new to us” home!

Lonny came out on short notice to fix our shower because we were worried there might be some leaking in the wall. When he got there he determined that it was just the shower head that we would need to replace and there was no leaking. Since we had to order the parts and he couldn’t do anything he just diagnosed the problem and didn’t charge us anything for the trip.
Very nice and helpful. They will definitely be getting our plumbing calls from now on.

I called Shaw plumbing to replace a 1” ball valve in in 1” copper pipe. This is a $25 dollar part. George showed up and didn’t bring the part with him, so he had to return to the office. When he did the install 35 minutes he flooded the basement and my wife had to mop it up. He also set off all the smoke detectors. I then got the bill for $500.… Shocked. It turns out I paid him to drive back and get the part he didn’t bring. I talked to management hank. He basically told me it is their policy I pay for all of it. Simple math = this was a $800/ hr job for 30 minutes

Excellent service! We’ve had them out to the house multiple times for various issues(our house is old, and a rental), and they’re always professional and thorough! Today they even managed to fix an issue that MULTIPLE other plumbers have overlooked or not been able to figure out. Would absolutely recommend them!
