Bill was fantastic. He answered the telephone right away and we discussed the options regarding my water heater. Got to my townhome within a few hours, the same afternoon. My tenants needed the hot water and I couldn't do anything from out of the country. Bill checked it out and we decided to fix the existing rather than replace right now. He had to get the parts and come back the next day. He did so in a prompt professional manner. Reasonable rates to fix not throw away, prompt professional service, a real person who was kind and helpful. Just what I wanted. And he stands behind his service

I have worked with many plumbers across the country and I have to say, Bill is one of the good ones. He's very polite, works around your schedule, gives great advice without charging you nickel and dime. He redid the plumbing for our bathroom remodel, installed a water heater, and a couple other misc valves. All done very quickly and professional. Any plumbing needs in the future, I'm calling Bill.

I needed someone to replace my water heater element. Bill was fast, kind, and understood I couldn't afford a new tank. He was able to get the old element out but the one I had to replace it didn't fit. So because he couldn't fix it, he said no charge. I was amazed and honestly that kind of customer service goes along way with me. He even came back to put the old element back in cause I had to order it online and it won't arrive for another 3 days. I felt like he cared for me like one of his family members. I can't wait to call him and pay him for all his hard work. Thank
