Gold Seal Mechanical, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Robert E. Dixon, Sr. and Richard L. Dixon as a plumbing company dedicated to taking care of their clients' plumbing needs. Richard Dixon continues today as president and CEO of the company.

Ron at Gold Seal Plumbing did an excellent job in replacing part of a single handle shower faucet. They put us on an urgent list and were able to come to our house 24 hours ahead of our appointment. We had been out of town for a few days and arrived home to a water leak that damaged furniture, an area rug and pad, and our wooden floor.

Ron And Matt were very nice and professional. They arrived when they said they would. They put booties on to save the floor and the carpeting downstairs from any snow and dirt on their shoes. They installed our new water heater very quickly. It’s working great! I would recommend Gold seal plumbing to anyone

Always thankful for Gold Seal Plumbing. They are definitely not your least expensive option but they do a great job. Most recently we called in about a leak first thing in the morning, they put us on the wait list and came out later that afternoon and got us fixed even when it required driving across state lines to get the necessary part. Very professional. Great communication. Solid job.

These guys are great. We were without hot water for under 12 hrs. They answered there phone after hours and even came by at around 8 PM to diagnose the issue. The very next morning they were here with a brand new water heater. They did a great job and I couldn't be more happy with the service. I will ONLY use these guys from here on out. GREAT JOB!!

Great response all the way around! Called after hours and had great technical service. Cristy called first thing the next morning and made a same day appt. for us. The service guys were very nice, professional, and installed very quickly. I highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but it was well worth the money to be up and running again.

Everyone, from the gentleman who took our our call and set up the appointment to Ron and Matt who did the repairs were efficient and courteous. When we needed to decide on buying time on our present water heater versus replacing the water heater, Ron and Matt were very informative and helpful when discussing our options. They spoke in laymen's terms, making it easy to understand what they were doing. We opted for the repair work. They also took the time to give us estimates on a couple of other projects we needed help with and they gladly helped us with that as well. They didn't rush their work
