After 8 ridiculous $7k+ quotes to replace a simple 3x3 shower, Troy came through w/ a quote that was actually below our budget and crushed the competitive quotes. Troy was respectful and responsive and we're very happy with the work completed. Troy will be our first call for our next plumbing project!

Troy has been out to our house to fix things twice in the last few months. We moved into an old house with lots of plumbing issues. Troy has been wonderful both times. The first time when our shower wouldn’t turn off other companies were going to take over 24 hours to come out. Troy was here in under half an hour to fix it for us. Recently we had a leak in a pipe in the bathroom which he was able to fix in less than an hour. He’s very professional and quick and knows exactly what he is doing.

These guys run a small operation and do it very well. Thier communication was great. I had my bid within 30 minutes from them looking at the job and it was by far the lowest quote. Which of course made me sceptical at first. As Troy explained exactly what he needed to do, all my sceptisism disappeared. The bast part was that he was able to do the job the next day. In the end, I have app new drain pipe from the main floor into the basement and it cost a little less than I was quoted. They help people which is so appreciated, unlike others that just bid by the job and not the hour.

My gas hot water heater went out & it was a Friday. I assumed I would be calling a few places & probably would have to wait a few days to get service. I liked the reviews I found for 509-Plumber so gave them a call. They were able to be at my house in 15 minutes. Troy was amazing. Figured out the issue & had the parts with him. He had us back with hot water in no time & my bill was way lower than I was expecting. If I ever need a plumber again, I know who I will be calling. Great service, small town feel & didn't try to sale me anything I don't need.

Pleasant to work with. Knowledgable, nice job done, and cost was very reasonable. Self conscious about work and left work area tidy.
