The transition to working with RepuCare was an incredible experience. The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I was very impressed with the communication between boss and employee. Kelly really worked with me and showed she’d care about my well-being as well as providing a safe and secure work environment. The best part was they trusted us employees to be responsible and respected us. 10/10 would recommend working here.

Worst Unorganized place to work. Tyler is unprofessional and does not know what hell he is doing in his position. As soon as they hire a person, they fire another or the person quits. Logistically the job sucks because they have someone in Southern Indiana controlling Northern Indiana. This group has no idea what they are doing!!!! Everyone I was… hired with was fired within 8 weeks of our start date. Policy Violation they say. Not true, every drug test from January until April is invalid as a team member did not wait the 15 minutes as required. This was brought to attention and Tyler covered
