I used to work here. So I've decided to edit this review. I used to work here but left for a better opportunity. I gained valuable work experience. There is extreme favoritism there and the training is minimal. I'm sorry to say that management makes promises that are not kept. If you decide to take a position here, consider yourself warned.

We found a negative entry on my wife's credit report from Med Shield, which handles the collection for a local hospital's ER doctors' billing. We knew my wife had never been to that hospital, so I set upon a many hour ordeal to rectify the mistaken entry. I had several civil conversations with the staff, but when I spoke to the billing manager twice she was very hostile and hung up on me both times. She would not listen when I explained the facts provided by the hospital billers which proved that my wife could not have been the patient.
