Luxe the Salon & Spas is an independently, locally owned full-service salon located in Shorewood, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best service and eco-friendly products as an alternative to synthetic, chemical options. I was recommended to Luxe by a local Shorewood gal that goes there as a place to get a manicure and hairstyle for my son’s wedding. Tracy did a fabulous manicure that lasted well past the festivities and Graysin styled my hair to perfection! I highly recommend them both!

I called to ask about their covid protocols because they had 8 people inside without masks. The owner said it’s family and hung up on me. I was okay with that explanation and thought it was the end of it.
she… then called me BACK to insult me and say I look unattractive and that “booty shorts” are not my thing.
I was just calling about the masks and wasn’t aggressive at all. I didn’t want to post anything anywhere but because the owner thought I was okay to call me back and insult me for 5 minutes... well here I am.

LOVE LUXE!! I have been to many salons in the north shore and none compares to the overall professionalism, friendliness and easy going atmosphere that is Luxe. I always walk out feeling and looking better than when I came in.
PLUS it is the only salon in the area that uses a safer, healthier color option. I am extremely allergic is DEA and had about given up on ever having my hair done until I found Luxe.

I have searched for years to find a great haircut for my boys. Caroline is the best!! Not only has she mastered their styles, she is so kind and fun-loving. Every person, no matter gender, race, age, or orientation, who steps into the salon is welcomed with open arms and returns time and time again.

I have been coming here for years and used numerous stylists at Luxe. I’ve been beyond happy with each visit. They don’t just do hair but they also care a lot about their clients personal lives too! A coffee, a smile, and a hug every time. I’ve taken my daughters there as well and my eldest daughter truly shows our Native side with her hair texture. They were attentive and loving! She’s all of 10yrs old but they gave her the full experience. Asking her any and all routine and care steps she takes but also what she wanted for her hair going forward. I’ve recommended many people to this
