In most situations we will make any needed repairs or updates, paint, clean, and clean or replace the carpet if needed. Work orders can be submitted online through Resident Services, by calling the office during normal office hours, or by calling the emergency maintenance number. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.

If I could leave less than one star for this place I would. The staff, the tenants, the apartments, the area is all AWFUL. You would think with Edward rose and sons bringing in over 100 million a year in revenue that they would fix things like flooded driveways and that they would hire staff competent enough to respond to emails but nope! Rent is 1000 plus for dilapidated, bug infested, smelly, dirty apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Trust these bad reviews and know your money will be better spent elsewhere.

The maintenance is horrible. I have contacted emergency maintenance and customer service multiple times because our shower kept leaking water. They came to fix our faucet because it was also leaking but said they weren’t able to fix the shower because they didn’t have the parts and would come to fix it once they did. It has been over two months and the entire bathroom is now filled with mold along with my belongings inside the room. My wooden tables and dressers are beginning to warp and all of my steel belongings have rusted too. I can no longer even close the door because the humidity caused

I filed a work order in March because the ceiling of my building is coming apart and each time it rains, water comes out and runs down the walls and into the carpet. It’s been happening for so long now that the wall is coming apart in 4 separate places as well. I have called the office numerous times to see when someone will do something about the issue, only to be told that they’re short staffed and they’ll look into it. I’ve also left messages for the manager of the complex and maintenance and have never received calls back from either. I think it is ridiculous to take 6+ months to fix

Really like the complex and my neighbors, the convenience of I-65 so close, all things I appreciate.
The response time for Service calls is beyond the lowest end of acceptable.
"We only have two guys working maintenance and service calls"
Over 1 month with a completely useless, broken drier, over 3 months for a Wasp nest, also 3 months for a leak in my ceiling. Over one year, for a ROTTING balcony, with big holes & nails sticking out.
This is very disappointing.
If I told our patients, "We're sorry, we can not even look at your broken leg, until....we can see you in two months..we are understaffed

I live on the first floor. Been living here for 9 months. The neighbors above me obviously have children because all I hear is CONSISTENTLY running and loud noises (sounds like a child is jumping and stumping) Now I understand children are busy and like to move around. BUT AT 9PM? & this happens sometimes in the morning too as early as 7am! The neighbors are obviously being inconsiderate! Now I have filed a complaint over 7 times since I’ve lived here. NOTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED! I can’t take it anymore! I’m a graduate student & could can’t hardly concentrate due to this issue! I also work

I was in Indiana visiting my first cousin who just had a baby and walked out of her apartment door to over 20 police officer. To find out the Russian guy in the apartment upstairs 3B has a problem with "Blacks"so he lies and use the police to intimidated and harass them. Another form of RACISM! I will never visit my family again at this place.

As newlyweds, we stayed here for our first year. We were nervous because of the horror stories about different apartments. Well, Huntington Cove was a great decision!
The pricing is reasonable and the apts are beautiful. It was very clean when we moved in and they make sure you have clean carpets. We never had problems with bugs. The appliances were new and modern. The washer and dryer worked great.
Our garbage disposal went out twice and they ended up replacing it. When we called maintenance about this, they came quickly.
The snow removal was done in a timely manner, we didn't have a problem
