This place is very unprofessional. I got approved in July and my move in date was July 13th. They pushed it back to August 1st Now September 1st. They don’t communicate with you at all. Every time I call they have no updates. They tell me they will call me when maintenance bring them A list of units that’s ready. I receive emails all the time about moving in but she tells me not to go by the emails. I’m tired of having to call them and when I do I get no updates. I honestly just want my money back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone .

Called and asked to schedule a showing for a unit I saw was available online and they said to apply then call to make an appointment, so I Applied and paid the $150 got approved, gave me a unit number and estimated move in date and I even got renters insurance from the link they emailed to me after I got approved. And every time I call I get no update and deal with rude employees who just say they’ll call when the units ready to schedule an online tour. And I’ve scheduled at least 5 online tours and never hear anything. This place is really a joke. Don’t waste the money.

These people are very unprofessional they say they’re available units online but they aren’t available they will have you waiting for years if you let them people are probably still living in the apartments that they claim are available. They have poor communication skills I got approved in may and still haven’t been able to move in yet it is now august. They give you a move in date every month just to push it back for another month the day of the move in date. They won’t tell you anything unless you call…they send out emails but tells you not to go by the email which makes no sense at

The apartment was suppose to be move in ready first week of April. Our expected move in date was suppose to be April 19th. Have yet to move in and it’s June 2nd,2021. Every time I call I am told “due to Covid 19 we had to cut down on contractors and maintenance. They are still working on laying down carpet and flooring”. I’m sorry why did you list the apartment as being ready by a expected date if it wasn’t going to be ready by the date THAT THE LEASING COMPANY PROVIDED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been living in their unit for almost a year and half. I should've backed out of the lease when I realized I was given the previous residents key! Or maybe I should've backed out when I had to ASK for the carpet and vinyl blinds to be replaced, only for them to shampoo the carpet and disregard the replacement of blinds. Since NOVEMBER of 2020 I've been reporting mold growing in my unit as well as the ceiling leaking water NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! I was suppose to be transferred into another unit, Ms.Jackson stopped responding via email

I have been contacting this property for almost 3 weeks trying to get info on how to apply. No response. Scheduled FOUR virtual tours and still nothing. Im a federal employee with great pay and was willing to pay SIX MONTHS of rent in advanced just so i can find a place to call home. I wouldn't trust these ppl with anything now. Unprofessional and now at a time where ppl need help the most. Im beyond heated!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. I’ve been waiting since June 3rd to move in and every other week there’s a new move in date first it was July 30th then it was august 28th then September 18th and now November 6 i am so fed up with these unprofessional people. I never ever have gotten to speak with The manager Tanita because she always “unavailable”. It’s still a pandemic and there just giving folks false statements.
