I just read the 1 star review in 2012 this is 2018 and it's still the same excuses, I walk pass everyday going to the hospital where I work and i've Been trying to get in. People who work with me and lived have left and have gone to other facilities to live and the "management " has ignored me when I ring their bell and also called. I emailed their corporate office and they didn't even answer, so this is what you're dealing with. If it's government funded then it should be equal opportunity. Kirby Manor Apartments in Hobart, IN is very poorly managed. They do not even deserve a one star rating. They have not had a manager in over 2 months. They do not answer or return phone calls, you cannot leave messages because their answering machine is full, you cannot speak to anyone in person at the facility, and their website states that they are under maintenance.. The only people we have been able to talk to is their other facilities owned by them in different states like Illinois and Wisconsin. This Hobart facility does not deserve any government subsidies or funding due to their
