I lived at Prairie Point for multiple years, and I truly believe it is the best apartment complex in the area. Regarding the staff, Denise is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. I did have some issues during my time there, but they were resolved quickly by the staff. I used MaidPro for a thorough apartment cleaning prior to move out, and I received my full deposit. There are certainly drawbacks - loud neighbors are heard through walls, smells from adjacent apartments intrude. The staff does their best to manage those issues and works with tenants, and I think these issues are common

The staff is rude and the high cost is not worth the amenities or apartment layout. The property manager cannot be bothered and the other office staff have attitudes. They make a lot of excuses and do not get back to tenets about any problems they are having in a timely manner. I will not be renewing my lease.

I’ve sadly had the same experience as other reviewers in regards to unjust move out fees. I stayed in the apartments for a year and it was a nice community, well kept, responsive and friendly maintenance staff. Amenities like the club house and gym always nice and maintained well. All of that was greatly appreciated. But they are very money hungry, they unjustly charged me a late notice move out fee after the office manager/ assistant manager Anne….took almost two weeks to get a new lease to sign. This is after I followed up through email, in person and over the phone they still took their

Worst experience that I have ever had. If there is a minus star I wish put. They charged me a $955 just for the late notice (60 days) before the end of the lease. I would accept that if the number of the charge is 100 or 150 but 955 !!! I think they were planned to take all my security deposit which was $1471. The management is terrible. As the other person said in the reviews they just want to get money as much as they can even if the resident isn’t satisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this complex because of the way how the management treats the residents and the long process to be eligible to

I'll try to use the most nice words. the complex is clean and safe this is true but the management and the office is terrible. everytime I go there is always new person. There is always miscommunication and they make it about the new person doesn't know. I was trying to transfer and I've been told that I've to pay 150$ admin fee again and 75$ carpet cleaning and it was kind of not ok but I needed a bigger apartment so when I found the apartment that i wanted they said no You have to pay 150+75+ 500 when I asked they said it's there police and the other person didn't know so when I asked what is

We sold our house and moved to Prairie Point at the Reserve. We so love the apartment we have here. The office staff are wonderful, maintenance addresses any issue timely with total satisfaction. We also enjoy the events planned by the management. the walking trails are great and can't wait to enjoy the fitness center and the pool.

I'd highly recommend prairie point apartments. The units are updated, spacious, and very well kept. If you are looking for a new place in the area this is your best option. The community makes you feel at home with all the amenities and activities. The leasing associate, Nicole, gave me a tour and was super helpful! Overall, great apartment complex that comes with excellent management and staff!

This is the absolute best place to live. As soon as you drive into the complex you feel at home. The staff is so friendly and interact with the residents, pool parties and different holiday events. Just a real feeling of family . I have recommended these apartment rentals to a couple of people over the past year and they could not be happier living there .

I lived at Prarie Point for seven years, and I was totally satisfied with the staff, especially Ms. Denise Webb the property manager. If I had a maintenance issue, it was immediately addressed. In addition, the grounds were always well maintained. And last, but not least, there were always activities for the residents. Thank you Prarie Point for providing a wonderful living environment for me for seven years.

This is a terrible apartment complex and I regret being a tenant. My family and I moved out of this complex June of 2018 and our lease was scheduled to end in September. A year and a half after we moved they sent us a trumped up move out statement with a bunch of made up charges. Beware of Prairie Point the community looks nice but looks can be… deceiving. The same property has gone down hill every since the old property manager left. I guess since occupancy is down they they have to make up for loss revenue by creating false charges for former tenants.

This place started off wonderful until they chose to renovate our apartment towards the end of our lease. The renovators left scuffs on our walls, didn’t clean their mess, and even left our balcony door wide open on a rainy night AND left our lights on. They also came a day earlier than notified and stayed an additional day to complete the project.… In my opinion, they went about this process all wrong. We weren’t requesting renovations, and considering it was only a “one day process”, why not wait to renovate once we decide to move out? We were comfortable with our

The apartments are spacious and well kept. Maintenance does a wonderful job of fixing any issues you have. The staff really shows that they care and they are very nice. I love living here so far. Quiet & really nice view from my apartment. Also super close to my work and shopping. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Love it here!

Good safe place to live. Secure place for a family. It is quiet and apartments on the blue side are well kept and maintained. Pet friendly and people pick up after their pets. Price could be better but you don't have any of the hassle and drama of living in a cheaper place. The staff is always helpful and respectful.
