I have been living at The Station at Bucks County for almost a year at this point. I think its a great place with a good and responsive management, very nice location-wise and it is quiet in here which is always a great thing after a work day. I did not have any issues with any other tenants. I can not say for every single building, but the one I lived in never had any issues with people, animals or basically anything.

If you are looking for a new place to live or a starter home PLEASE save yourself the trouble of moving into The Station at Bucks County. A starter home should be welcoming and have somewhat of a nice community. This place is the complete opposite! From people constantly complaining and harassing it was the opposite of welcoming. Hopefully they filter out the negative community members and support their tenants so that the quality of living matches the price people are paying.

I have lived here for one year now and my girlfriend and I love it! We just signed for another year! Location is great for my work and you can always to the train since it is right next to the apartments! The maintenance crew is awesome! They fix everything within 24 hours of your request! Overall this place is great! I would highly recommend!

We have been living here for 5 1/2 years and this has been a totally positive experience. The staff is responsive within a day to all of our maintenance requests. We enjoy the diverse population of the complex and still find it peaceful. The pool is always clean and a wonderful asset. The grounds are always well manicured and snow removal is never an issue. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

The apartments are a great size for the monthly rent price. They are clean, up to date and offer great amenities. We have needed something fixed in our apartment once and the management was super attentive in getting it fixed quickly. So convenient that it’s right next to the train station. Absolutely no complaints!

Have been living here for 1.5 years and have been extremely happy! Great location with access to the train, and the complex is very well cared for. There are always people working on the lawns and the out door appearance, as well as things that are indoors such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The people in the office are friendly and helpful when there are questions or concerns. The tenant appreciation even with the free drinks (even alcohol) and food truck was a highlight for our first year! We made friends with the neighbors on our floor that night and now enjoy a monthly dinner club

I have been living here for almost 4 years now and absolutely love it! The property is impeccably kept with immediate snow removal and manicured lawns and the clubhouse and gym are spotless. Maintenance is great and very prompt to respond to any of my requests. My 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect size and it is remarkable how well sound-proofed they are and how quiet the building is. My neighbors are wonderful.

I have lived here for about 5 months and I absolutely love it. The apartment unit is quiet and spacious enough for my boyfriend and I to comfortably reside in. Our neighbors are friendly and the management is top notch! Since our move in day, they have always accompanied our needs or questions we had as first time apartment owners. You are allowed to have pets on the property which is another plus, and the property is so well kept, you would not even know there were animals on the facility. The train is in walking distance and does not disrupt our peace during the night hours. I highly recommend

Moved into The Station at Bucks County with my fiance about 4 months ago and have not been disappointed. Our main concern when looking for a place to live was somewhere that is safe & friendly and The Station checks those boxes and then some. The common areas are kept clean and updated with fresh paint so you always have the feeling you're living in a newly built community. Maintenance is friendly and has responded the same day for our requests.
