Recently downsized to my spacious 3 bedroom unit in this community. Love the size of ny apartment. Management/maintenance has been extremely accommodating to my needs/requests. Warminster is a small town with big city amenities. The only downside is storage; would love to have some type of storage closet.

I was the Assistant Property Manager at Aspen Grove for 27 years, and decided that it was time to retire and spend a little more time with my family. I have to say that it was a hard decision to leave because I loved working for Aspen Grove. They care deeply for not only their employees, but also their residents. They also take pride in their property which made it an easy decision for me knowing that this was the family that I wanted to be a part of for all the years that I worked for them. The staff is to the point, the property is fair, the location is great, the rent/fees are reasonable. You get what you pay for. Maintenance is on point with not much of a wait time either. Keep your expectations aligned with reality and you won't be disappointed. My family & I are happy with our stay here and just renewed our lease for another two years at an outstanding rate. Working with Melissa has been an absolute pleasure. Our experience with her has been exceptional in both her past & present roles here at Aspen Grove Apartments.

Glad I chose Aspen Grove. I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now and really like it. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. They’ve made us feel welcome from the time we started the application process to now. The property, since I’ve been here, is always kept up with, they always have lawn care, clean up, and cleaning taking place. I’m comfortable here and plan to be here for a while. Would recommend renting here if you’re looking for a nice complex that’s affordable and comfortable. Plus, I love the fact that there is a community park very close to here! Also great

I lived here about 2 1/2 months now. Very disappointed in the look of my apt. It's very outdated and everything is crooked in my kitchen. There's a space between the flooring and walls which allows in my more bugs. Looks nothing like the model apt they show you. Office staff is nice and maintenance is prompt but it's all quick fixes. Laundry area needs to be updated with more washer and dryers to accommodate the building size. Upstairs neighbors are always loud or arguing. Just not what i expected.

Aspen Grove Apartments has been a wonderful home for me and my family. We love the diversity of the different races that live here and the diversity of the age range. It is safe, they keep the place clean and well maintained, maintenance comes out quickly when there is a problem. Management is good and easy to work with. It provides good space and rent is pretty reasonable. It is off Street Road which is comprised of lots of restaurants and shopping center.

I’ve lived here for a year now and I love it. My apartment is spacious, cozy and roomie. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Hallway is always clean and the cleaning ladies are friendly. They clean the building as if they were cleaning their own homes. One time I was going to wash my cloths and the Spanish cleaning lady didn’t let me put my cloths in the machine because she wanted to clean the machine for me. I thought that was so nice and sweet. The office staff are professional and are quick to handle any problems you might be facing in your apartment and outside of your apartment.

Great first apartment for me. Inexpensive but that doesn't mean they're cheap. Big living room/bedroom and nice sized kitchen and bathroom. Maintenance is nice and they come out quickly if anything is needed. Pest control comes every couple months just to get ahead of anything but can come whenever needed. Parking is usually pretty good, I haven't had to park too far from my building - there are no reserved spots but there are permits required. My neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves, I haven't had any issues. The grounds are kept up with pretty well, I see people walking dogs but

Today my fiancé and I went to tour Aspen Grove. We had an appointment so we were eager and excited to learn everything about the apartments. That excitement went down the drain as soon as we stepped food into the leasing department. We had an appointment with MELISSA. We walked in and greeted her with enthusiasm. She didn't even say hello back. She didn't ask us any information. She gave us a short tour of a room nearby. The whole interaction lasted maybe 5 minutes. Avoid at all costs!
I moved in to find a massive black stain at the front entrance of my apartment. Hallways always smelled gross even though I would watch the cleaning people mop the floors most days. Paint was chipping and closet doors broke within 2 months. Only way to do laundry was with a laundry card and you could only fill the laundry card within the office's business hours, which opened after I would leave for work and close before I could come home - ridiculous that I had to specifically take off days from work to do LAUNDRY!! Parking was supposed to be for residents only and all
