All of our apartment floor plans are two bedrooms with one bathroom and come fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas heat, central air, and include a laundry room with a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer. Residents also enjoy a variety of fabulous features such as a private patio or balcony, private entrance, and select units have a fireplace.

Wynmere Chase is pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your pet with a $200 non-refundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet fee per pet. We allow up to two pets with a maximum combined weight of 100 pounds. We are now accepting all dog breeds!

Moved in 5 days ago and couldn’t be happier. The apartment was spotless and we were warmly greeted by Val, Juan and neighbors. Downsized from a house and have plenty of storage and living space. Well maintained landscaping and a quick response from the maintenance team. We love our new home here at Wynmere Chase.

Been here for almost 15 years and to say that we are extremely lucky is an understatement. Val and Juan are by far two of the best staff this property has had during our time here. They know their members, they always go above and beyond and they have really worked to make this location feel like a home/community. Wynmere Chase will be at a huge loss should they ever leave.

Since I’ve moved here months ago, I been able to know Juan and Valerie and they are great people. Need a fix it’s done same day or next day. When moved in I was introduced to the area with brochures, water, snacks and the final walk through which is always a nice touch.
The apartment is beautifully made, clean and my neighbors are great so no one hears each other. If there is needed inspections they’ll let you days ahead of time.
If you’re thinking about moving here...stop by and give them a look...

I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years and just moved out because I bought a new house. It was a great experience ever. Both Valerie (property manager) and Juan (maintenance) were great people to talk regarding any questions or concerns. Maintenance issue was resolved quickly all the time. Quiet and great location, washer and dryer included. I would highly recommend this community to any of my friends!!!

Maintenance is absolutely horrible. Instead of hiring a professional they hire people that have no clue what they’re doing.
They do not take care of the landscaping. Grass isn’t cut often enough. Snow removal is done half fast.
They raise the rent every year, and the places are so old inside. They don’t update anything. Old carpets, old kitchens,… cabinets are ready to fall off the walls, paint jobs are cheap.
‘Rent is outrageous for what you get. The places are 25+ years old. BET wants to collect their money and not do anything to enhance the apartments or development

I have lived here 3 years and love it! Great area, quiet development, clean and well maintained. The apartments are spacious. Love having a fireplace. Would be nice if they were a bit more modern. Old kitchen.
I needed some repairs recently and maintenance immediately fixed it. They are very responsive to your needs and do a great job fixing anything that needs repair.

Only lived here for a short time but have so far loved our decision to move here. The unit is beautiful and Juan, the best maintaince man, works really hard to make sure everything is beyond perfect!!! So far we really enjoy the management here and the quick and proper attention we get with any issues we have. It’s so nice have a yard and a porch to enjoy the weather and nice view! Our neighbors are so nice and the community is quiet and happy. Definitely would suggest living here- seemed a little expensive but so far it’s worth it!!

We enjoyed living at Wynmere Chase. The location was ideal...easy access to power line trail, quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Storage space was sufficient, friendly neighbors and any maintenance requests were handled quickly (Juan was the best!) Only negative is the small bathroom with jack and jill doors.

I moved to Wynmere Chase in 2011 after down-sizing from a house. I loved the feel of residing in a residential area without the feeling of apartment living. Close to the trails, parks and surrounding businesses. I moved in 2017 after relocating to the Phila area and very much enjoyed living at Wynmere Chase

I have rented here for over two years, and it has been a very positive experience thus far. Our space allows for ample storage, a separate laundry room, and two adequately-sized bedrooms (I know other units also offer a fireplace). Our property manager, Laura, has handled any concerns we’ve had (which have been few, thankfully) very promptly and courteously. She is easy to get in touch and communicate with. During inclimate weather the properties are all cleared, and the landscaping is regularly tended to. It is a quiet, enjoyable neighborhood to be a part of & we enjoy living here.

Moved in about 5 months ago, and can honestly say this is one of the best rental experiences of my life. The units themselves are well maintained, as is the grounds around them. What makes it so exceptional in my view are the neighbors - friendly, considerate and thoughtful! I have some walking challenges, and a neighbor - who I'd never met - knocked on my door to tell me that my mailbox was open - and then proceeded to walk over , collect all my mail, and deliver it to me! When I leave for work in the morning, often times I see neighbors waving and chatting with each other while they walk their

One of the best communities ever. I have never seen "apartments" feel more like a neighborhood than I have here. each unit has it's own entrance, porch or balcony and 2 parking spots each! There's always a waiting list so you usually have to sign quickly before the person before you moves out, but it's completely worth it in the end. once you live here you won't want to leave.
