Services
Natick Animal Clinic focuses on medical, surgical, preventive and dental care and has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association for more than 50 years, a status that is reserved for only a small number of hospitals nationwide. We offer a primary care practice model that allows you and your pet to establish a trusting and consistent relationship with your pet's veterinarian.
In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. Natick Animal Clinic is happy to accept Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Scratchpay and CareCredit.
The folks at Natick Animal Clinic Four Paws Salon & Spa daycare and boarding are exceptional! Our Newfoundland puppy (9 months old) Molly just loves them all so much that most of the time she doesn't want to come home. I swear I can see her smiling in the morning as we pull in and she can't wait to get out of the car.
We sincerely appreciate when you trust us enough to recommend us to your friends, family, and neighbors. We love your enthusiasm and feel lucky to have you! Your referral is the highest compliment, so we want to give back by saying thank you for recommending us. We also want to thank the people you refer for giving us an opportunity to get to know their pets.
Many pet owners report that their pets can get anxious when they visit the veterinarian's office. This may be because of the car ride, the many different smells of unfamiliar animals or other animals barking, a common cause of stress for cats in particular. Our mobile service eliminates these stress factors and makes for a calmer, quieter experience, and when animals remain calm, evaluations are more accurate.

I've been going to Natick Animal Clinic since 2010 when I had my previous cat . My visit there the other day was outstanding! Everyone was friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Dr. Yu was caring and gentle examining my cat, explaining everything all along the examination. I wish I knew her assistant tech's name cause she was wonderful also, weighing her in and taking her temp. And the lady up front running the place went beyond the call of duty finishing up my visit and printing receipts for me. A wonderful visit all in all.

Dr Door and the entire staff at the Clinic are amazing. They take great care of our little Frenchman Archie. Always very responsive whether it be over the phone or even a quick question via email. Highly recommend them to any pet owners in and around the area.

This was the first visit with our newly diagnosed diabetic dog. I was impressed with the forms they asked me to fill out and the follow up call their technician made before our dog came into the clinic to ensure that they had all the information they needed to properly feed and treat the dog while he was there. Their staff was very courteous when we dropped him off and he looked great after his bath when we picked him up. We clearly will board the dog there in the future

We have had mixed experience with Natick Animal Clinic over time.
They seem to be challenged administratively. When I order paper prescriptions through them (so I can fill them at my own pharmacy), it's always a crap-shoot whether they will call me later to tell me the form is ready for pick up. They do things like requiring a deposit for a procedure even though we've been taking our dog there for nearly 4 years: I mean, sheesh, if I trust you with my beloved dog, how come you can't trust me to pay for an $800 procedure? You'd think that they would have built up some trust

We switched to Natick Animal Clinic after a bad experience elsewhere. See below for the reasons we have stayed there for over 14 years.:
Prompt responses to any question or concern, caring and compassionate doctors and staff who truly and genuinely care about your animals, thorough explanations of your pet's condition and an openness to pet owners' input and insights.
We love this place!

The entire staff at Natick Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My childhood dogs used to be cared for here until their passing in 2017. Now I bring my own very first dog Frank there and they are just amazing. From the… front desk, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves, even those that work at the spa! They show unconditional love to Frank and he is so comfortable at every visit. They are also very kind with me, as a first time dog mom things can be scary and overwhelming but they find any way to help & make us owners comfortable. They truly are great. Thank you guys for all the love, Frank

The quality of care our geriatric dog received at this clinic for services performed was fine. The reason for the average rating is my sense that this clinic cared more about maximizing revenue than the well-being of our dog. They aggressively pursued our dog receiving her full set of shots, with no regard for her age (she was 16 at the time with limited mobility) or well-being. When, due to COVID, we spent seven months living out-of-state, they were extremely uncooperative in providing copies of our dog's veterinary records to a third-party vet located out-of-state. By contrast, the vet

5 stars for seeing my dog on short notice when my regular vet was closed for a week because of an emergency. Subtract 4 stars for charging me almost $150 to change a bandage that needed no other attention - something I usually pay less than $50. Nothing else was itemized on the invoice indicating a first visit charge or other evaluation.

I used to live in Natick and these people saw me coming because that was our first dog. They fleeced me by doing unnecessary procedures. Some were benign to the dog (e.g., "Oh look your dog has some ear wax, let me just put it on a slide to make sure that there is no fungus or bacteria in there. While we are at it, you better buy these antibacterial ear drops just to be safe." Others were not so benign, they actually put my Golden Retriever through surgeries to remove lipomas with a biopsy thrown in for good measure. It was several years before I realized what was happening. I changed

I am so amazed at the service both for my dog and myself that Natick Animal Clinic provided. When my eight-year-old chocolate lab, Willie Chancho, blew out his knee he required an extensive surgery. I was initially quoted by a different local that clinic it would cost me over $5000. Being a social worker and in graduate school, I simply could not afford that amount. I called around asking of anyone would be willing to help me and Natick Animal Clinic came to the rescue. Not only did they offer a reasonable amount for this procedure, they also kept in constant communication and talked me through

If I could give no stars I would. I brought my dog here for years because they gave a first responder discount. Well it is no discount if you consider how overpriced they are. They also would not do certain shots together so I would end up having to pay several office visit fees. The new vet said there was no reason those shots could not have been done all at once. They booked a rabies 1 day late so I couldn't get the 4 year. Just so many ways to manipulate and make more money. I only stayed for convenience because it was so close. The kicker was when I boarded my dog there and she got Kennel
