My dogs love their visits with Dr. Katuna! He and his staff are friendly, competent, professional, and trustworthy. They truly have the best interest of our pets as their primary goal. Dr. Katuna always takes his time to thoroughly examine our dogs and explain to me his diagnosis and recommendations. I never feel rushed at our appointments. He checks in by phone after procedures and just to see how the dogs are doing after an illness or injury. I trust Dr. Katuna completely to provide exceptional veterinary care for our dogs.

I have no idea how this vet has such high ratings. We chose this vet for our puppy and have been treated like a number throughout our experience with this hospital. Have never even met the vet in our 6 months of going here. Throughout our puppy's vaccinations, check ups, stool testing ,etc., not once did the vet take any time to meet us in person. If we were lucky, we'd get the doctor on the phone for a brief conversation. I understand COVID precautions, but throughout all of this we were only able to speak with a vet tech. Additionally, we received absolutely zero guidance on spaying our pup such

I brought my baby girl kitty to see Dr. Katuna. The first thing that I noticed was that after all these years Dr. Katuna is not jaded. He was so caring and attentive to my kitty. He spent so much time with us. I didn’t feel rushed. And I felt like he really cared about the well-being of my cat. His entire staff was attentive and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Thank you so much Dr. Katuna and staff! Alice was back to her old self just a day following lap spay surgery, no cone needed. She has been on leashed walks every day and shows no ill effects from the surgery. She is healing nicely and her hair is already growing back. We are grateful for you expertise and compassion!

There are many other vets who will care about your animals and not just collecting your money. I wasn't going to submit a review but some of the behavior has been so beyond cruel and petty I feel obligated to do so. Sending printed medical records including a recently deceased pet as a final knife in the back is a little too much pettiness to be ignored.

We have just moved out of the country. The most difficult thing to leave behind, is the level of care we received, and excellent doctors at Wellesley Natick Veterinary Hospital. In the seventeen years that I have been bringing my pets to the hospital, we have been through a lot together. Difficult diagnosis, very sick pets restored to perfect health, emergencies, etc. My family has always felt secure knowing that our pets were in very good hands at WNVH. A special shout out of thanks to: Dr. Orlandi, Dr. Rotolo, and Dr. Katuna.
