Wasted so much of our time.. asked for all the documents in the world and interviewed us as if they are giving us 10M loan. And at the end of the day, they said that the previous tenant has extended his lease. Looks like they were using us and showing us that property just to pressurize the previous tenant. Very very bad experience! Would not recommend anyone doing business with them ... its just a waste of time!
