EMP2 serves federal, public, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sector customers. We offer expertise in energy and program auditing services, energy program development, identification and development of alternative funding sources for energy and water conservation projects, energy engineering, measurement and verification (M&V), and project management services.
We have unparalleled expertise in federal project facilitation services for Department of Energy's (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC). Our team includes seven FEMP-approved Project Facilitators, with extensive technical and financial experience related to ESPC projects at federal facilities operated by a wide range of Federal Agencies.
We have over 20 years of experience with regional and national commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy programs. Since 1997, we have been actively involved in energy management and energy auditing in the region, with over 600 audits, 3,500 site inspections, and more than 800 implemented projects.
I have been fortunate to have worked with EMP2 on eight of our multi-million dollar Energy Savings Performance Contracts. EMP2 has been instrumental in helping us develop our ESPC contract alternative. EMP2 staff has provided knowledge, insight, data, recommendations, and expertise to help insure these large multi-year projects get off to a successful start, as well as a productive performance phase.
