MCE Technical Services is a staffing company providing a broad range of contract employees. Our employees work on government sites, in commercial nuclear plants and for private sector industry supporting, from short term to multi-year projects. MCE employees fill diverse technical roles varying from skilled craft to consulting engineers.
MCE's seasoned recruiters have extensive experience identifying and placing personnel based on our client requested education, industry certifications and work history requirements. Our fully staffed office allows our recruiters to focus on networking, sourcing, pre-recruiting and screening. MCE has multiple hiring options for our clients, allowing to customize a staffing program around your project or contractual requirements.
Contract Assignments vary by client and make up the largest volume of positions available through MCE. As an MCE employee on a contract assignment, your payroll check comes from us, but you work at our client's place of business under their direct supervision. Direct hire positions are permanent, usually full-time positions with benefits.
