We are located in Richland, Washington and our company was started in 2004 by president and founder Tony Benegas, a professional engineer who has worked on nuclear and energy projects and issues for over 26 years.

Homeland Security Border Monitoring: In light of the need to secure our borders, many organizations and systems are in place to ensure our security. Test procedures were prepared, testing performed and systems evaluated. This complex system involved remote operation, observations, logic and programming of systems.
