The Managers are great, the housing quality is great. Rent is too high!
This place is not smoke free, my family and I are currently looking for other places, and seeking assistance from code enforcement due to high risk of second hand smoke exposure due to our neighbors lack of respect and smoking THC in their home which is seeping through to our unit. We have kids and they should not have to inhale this chemical, drug. Regardless of how legal it may be. Please share this and make it go viral public safety above all else.

I love living here !!! We have been here for 3 years now. They are very very selective about who they approve. If they don’t like your past rental history you will not be approved. If you have “ issues” in the past at the places you have lived don’t even bother. if it can at all be perceived as you being at fault don’t bother filling out an application. Also they want like the past 10 years of rental history or some ridiculous number of years back. That was a bit of an issue for us because most of the numbers that I had were not in service anymore. Mind you it was because we rented houses
