I have lived here for almost 5 years, and never have I experienced horrible customer service. My roof has been leaking for almost a year now, maybe longer, they have yet to fix it. Our roof is now laying on our living room floor. They charge too much for rent and cant even get things fixed. The leasing office blames coorporate, I need my roof fixed now!!!

My family and I lived there for just about a year and a half, and we can truly say this is one of the best apartments we’ve lived in, due to management, upkeep, and the complex itself. The apartment manager, Brody, was always willing to go above and beyond for his residents. He was always kind and understanding and tried to make it the best experience for everyone. The apartments themselves are great sizes, up kept well by maintenance, and having a garage was definitely a plus! If we ever move back to the high desert, we will definitely be living there again!

The parking is awful there are always a bunch of random cars in all the spots that should be reserved for the people who actually pay to live there and some residents have 3 cars parked there management documents and allows two cars per house hold but they do not enforce the rules and if you complain they do not care. It's pretty much a joke here and treat the paying residents like second class citizens.

I am a current resident here at Sunset point I’ve been here over a year and I’ve had absolutely no problems that couldn’t be fixed right away the manager Tammy who runs the office is an excellent woman always helping me out and there for me when I need customer service is excellent here maintenance is great . Security is around at all times and the property is well kept up. It’s far from ghetto I have not had any bad run ins . I recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a nice quit living .

I have lived here for two years have always paid my rent on time never had any problems with any other tenants and the manager is still rude all because i complained of the huge mold problwm me and 3 other tenants had... the manager here TAMMY is completley rude and racist she is always finding a way to do fixtures mickey moused she never wants to have things done correctly correctly.. she yelsls and the neighborhood kids for riding their bikes or playing outside when this is supposed to be a kid friendly community ..since she has became manager there has been no minority families move in . Where to start. Been here two and a half years and it's been about a year and a half too long. Management has change and gone down hill. The owner is greedy as hell and has done nothing to address the security issues. Tho you know they praise themselves as if they have. Pool is public as far as I'm concerned and the only grills we are allowed to use are in worse condition than a public one. Now within less than a year they are jacking our rent again.With these being just some of the issues I say to you, DO NOT RENT HERE!
