I honestly don’t even know where to start.. Let’s start with the good news first. It is conveniently located by the freeway, close to shopping centers, and about a 15 minute drive to Costco. They are new apartments so everything is more on the modern side. Now for the bad news…. It is pretty pricy to live in these apartments considering it is Hesperia. Although everything is more modern the front gate never works. The key pad never worked. The pool is tiny. The gym tiny and is a 2 person max and must make an appointment before working out. The hours of the gym are also super inconvenient

Raelene, Nancy and Maintenance have been great! Since we are the first tenants in our unit it’s understandable that there are a few hiccups but everything has been resolved in a timely manner. Anytime I have reached out to the girls they have answered me throughly and helped address any concern. Maintenance has always come out the same day and if for some reason they are not able to fix the issue on their own they have sent the warranty company within 24 hours to help. Overall it has been a pleasant experience living here.

Today we toured the two bedroom/two bath as well as the two bedroom/one bath. Obviously these apartments are new and I’m only reviewing solely based off of my tour of the apartments. Nice stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and washer/dryer are great. My cons are that the rooms are really, really small. Not only that, but they built the tankless water heater (I’m honestly not sure what it’s called but imagine half of the closet space taken up by a tankless water heater) into one of the closets and it takes up half of the closet space. The two bedroom/one bath does not have any linen

It’s sad to move into this new apartment complex and they are already starting off on the wrong foot. Management never answers their phone, when asked questions they either have an attitude or fail to provide clear or helpful feedback, most amenities are closed, the parking situation is a mess considering that they only assign you two parking spots meanwhile there is no guest parking nearby (you can’t park on the streets because it’s a bike lane) and they tell you to park on the dirt road across the street although there is a clear sign saying it’s private property. I reached out to corporate
