We recently moved out from this Apartment since 9/30/2021. Ramisha charge us for insufficient notice of $1,336.71 due to a penalty for not notifying Riverton within 30 day notice of moving out versus of 1 week notice where we are in a month to month contract for a month. What a Total rip off!!! And stating that I did not call to inform them that we vacated the unit, where in fact they called me twice to confirm that we haved moved out already since 9/30/21, and even called them On 10/01/2021 again to confirm that we have moved out already , still they have charged us hidden fees , double insufficient

Cheap walls, cheap carpet, didn't get my deposit back, almost hired an attorney to sue but rather not waste another minute on this dumpster of a place. Seems like a nice place to live until you actually live there. Worst of all, poor and very rude management. She'll hang up on you if you try to talk to her about any issues about the apartment.

Linda and her staff are great and have been very attentive to my needs and concerns as a renter. The apartment staff is friendly and easy to reach. There is also a 24-hour patrol service that can be called in case of issues/emergencies. Overall, this is a great place to live in the Victor Valley area.

Below is the original review I posted and I gave them a five star review, unfortunately upon moving out I have to amend my review. For the fifteen months we lived here everything was great. On March 1st I went in to the office to give my notice that we would be moving out by the first of April. They wrote up the move out notice my husband and I signed it and all was good. I arranged to have them clean the apartment and take it out of our security deposit. I turned in my keys on March 27th, said goodbye to everyone and left for Northern California. I have to say my experience with the Riverton team was phenomenal!! Rose was extremely professional and accommodating. I felt like I was really being taken care of, and not just renting another apartment! But stepping into my new home. Linda, and Allison were extremely sweet when showing my new lifestyle they explained all of the benefits of living at the Riverton. My overall experience was incredible and would refer the Riverton to any and all of my friends that need a new home!

I'm updating my review because we have got a new management team and ever since things have been great! The only person I know by name is Linda, she is so so nice and pleasant to deal with. Honestly all the girls in the office now are nice (sorry I dont know anyone's name). This is the kind of service anyone would want from an apartment management team. I'm very happy here now and cant say a single bad thing.

Let me start by saying I am a very picky person when it comes to liking apartments given I know a little about the industry. I was able to visit The Riverton and met Rose and was just blown away by how personable and knowledgeable she was and just over all professional. The property was well maintained and I love the amenities that are offered. Because of the great staff ad beautiful property I cant wait to start my application process and hopefully find a new home! So I was referred to these apartments by a coworker after spending a month long apartment search of places in the Victorville area with disappointing results. After staying in an rented room thru Airbnb, I'm pretty glad for the recommendation. I felt relatively well taken care of and more importantly respected as a potential tenant by the personnel (Leanna and Nicki) working in the front office and am very pleased with the easy leasing process and love my apartment. They heard how difficult my search was and got me in within a reasonable amount of time.

I am very impressed with the office staff, in particular Leanna. She was very helpful for me and my daughter as we looked for her first apartment. The complex is beautiful with a safe feel. She didn't get to move in as her job changed to another city before move in day, but since has compared other apartments to the Riverton standard. Thanks Leanna

Awesome Awesome Awesome!!! Laci, Nikki and Brenda helped me out so much moving in. They made it so easy and their customer service is awesome! The apartments are spotless! The apartment grounds are clean and quiet! Definitely the best place to rent in the high desert! I love being here so much already!

I live at these apartments and it's pretty much centralized in Victorville, it's a great area and the facility is managed very well. We've been there for almost 7 months and we have no complaints. It's quite, clean, and there's ample parking. The pool is maintained very well. And the grounds are always tidy.

I've lived here for about 2 years, and have been very happy with my experience. The office staff is always courteous, professional and they handle all requests in a timely manner. The price to value ratio is pretty fair as the complex is equipped with a gym, internet room and pool - all with pretty decent hours. They also recently started to convert the grounds to 100% non smoking ( this includes your unit and patio), so that's a positive if smoke bothers you.
