If I could rate a 0 I would. Also know as Legacy real estate. Run from this company. Our agent was Brandon Dittrich. We bought from out of state. Horrible experience. Seller agreed to fix items on the inspection list. They did not fix them. When we did the walk through Brandon was aware they were not fixed and said we would take care of that later. When we called him to discuss items we were told he couldn't help us. We needed a real estate lawyer. Cost us over $30k in repairs. House didn't close on time it was a nightmare experience.

A home was sold to me by a realtor from My Home Group at 1 East Helena Drive Phoenix, AZ 85022. The selling realtor is Nenif Odisho, license number SA666045000. Upon moving into the property that I purchased on October 31, 2020, I discovered that one of the sinks in the double vanity in the master bathroom is non operational. The pipe under the sink is rusted and has a major leak. Additionally, due to this extensive leak that has clearly been left unattended and unfixed for quite some time, there is a gaping hole in the bottom of the vanity. The wooden bottom of the

Do not use this company!!! They do not have your best interest. If you have a problem with how the realtor worked, like ethical issues and selling you a house that is garbage. They do not return lawyer calls or emails. They ignore everything. I have reported business and the realtor to the board of realtors for unethical business. This house I bought has more issues than was disclosed. The inspector that was used was Zeb Adams personal reference. I did not get choices of who to choose. Little did I know that the inspector was friends with the realtor and deemed the house good when it actually

One of the worst companies I have worked with. They are a bunch of con artist, dishonest people with bad attitude. The owners don't care at all to return your call unless you sell 100 deals a year because you are not important and the brokers are a puppets. I lost $30,000 in commission working for this dishonest company. I asked them many time to send some educational material so I could understand why I lost so much money and they never called back or send me the info. I hope they go out of business because fraudulent companies like My Home Group make Real Estate industry look bad.

Where to begin? This is my opinion of our dealings with MHG. With over 1400 agents, MHG's acting broker and few other associate brokers (only 3 for over 1400 agents is my understanding- don't quote me) have no idea who their agents are or what they are even doing! We had very nice, yet very unprepared, uneducated and inexperienced listing agent from MHG Scottsdale who didn't know CURE rules/laws and claims his broker told him to cure one day AFTER close of escrow. Um, WHAT?! Both the agent's and broker's lack of knowledge of contracts and the cure process along with unavailability

Be very careful with this company. My agent wanted to hurry the sale along and help out the buyers rather than representing me. He went so far as to change an e-sign document that we signed with one simple phrase 'see addendum' and then tells us if we don't sign his addendum that the buyers can sue us to recoup their cost. When he was called on it he had zero remorse and then claimed he was just trying to be professional. To add further insult the addendum according to his emails simply stated that he was giving the buyer $1200 at closing from his commission but the actual document

Be very careful when using this group. They don't follow through. They make many mistakes and then act like it is your fault. I would give them minus stars if that was possible. They are more concerned with pumping out more real estate people with their classes, then they are selling homes. I would not recommend these people at all!!!

I came from a large "chain brokerage" that charged a hefty fee to be with their company. I worried about switching brokerages figuring I might not get the same education and support if I paid less. I have been with My Home Group for about 2 months now and my business has never been better. Mark answers my questions around the clock and they provide top of the line education and classes. The best part is all the extra money that I don't pay out gets to stay in my pocket or goes back into my business. BEST DECISION EVER.
