I've been a tenant at one of the properties for a couple of years and anytime there has been a maintenance issue it has been resolved quickly. The staff is always friendly and responsive whenever there is an issue. There was one instant that took about a week to fix but they let me know there would be a delay. I am pleased with this company. GREAT JOB!

HOA watched as service dwindled over the years and fees went up. When confronted about services not rendered the manager blamed the HOA Board, completely belligerent. This is a service we pay for, completely unbelievable! If you read reviews you'll see the responses by JC Higgins, it really says it all.

Can't say that I do not appreciate their work in general, yet their minions are relentless in stalking every last thing that they can criticize and making life in Village Green a nightmare. Totally unprofessional employees who take days to respond to questions and are rude when they do. They are just in business to collect HOA dues and answer "No, that's your responsibility." when you ask about repairs. I'm working to find another company for our HOA. There has to be a better company than this.

Zero stars, -1 star for each year of zero service. If you are looking for a HOA that doesn't return your calls or emails and continues to collect fees while failing to enforce community rules equally, than this is the HOA management team for you. If they have not faced a lawsuit yet, I'd imagine one is coming soon. Avoid at all costs!

This is the absolute WORST property management company in the world. You can never get ahold of someone, even when I called 911 and had a firefighter who needed to talk to them. When they asked our property management company name, they laughed and rolled their eyes at jc Higgins. What a joke of a company raping residents for dues. Was sent an invoice for various services upon closing my account. Paid said invoice, which clearly states covers cleaning and carpet cleaning costs. I don't want to give even a 1 start. This property management company is the worst ever I had so far. They don't bill me HOA on time, and charged late fee. Daves characterizations below are inaccurate. I was a home owner who was dealing with JC Higgins as an owner of rental properties and they managed our HOA. I finally sold my home so I can say in my 5+ years of experience with this company I have found them to be rude, dishonest, and insanely frustrating to work with. I really HATED every time I needed to contact JC Higgins and I am so glad to finally be done with them forever.

If you like to rent out a dumpster and to have to pay to make it into a condo this is the right place to rent through. They will take advantage of people who need an affordable place to stay and make them pay to fix any damages in it that where there before you got there. Put a sticker on the door, that could have been easily taken off, for the next young person that might live there and they charged me 150$ just to paint the door. Just putting it out there.. What's the point of living in an HOA if they don't make the decisions yet bill the residents. JC Higgins & Associates is the company that handles the HOA for Cobblestone neighborhood in Puyallup. Not only do you have to request approvals, but must wait 30 days for the actual residents to decide. WTH is the point of an HOA if the company doesn't do a damn thing to better the neighborhood?!! Our HOA has been using JC Higgins for 4 + years and have been completely satisfied. We have used several different management companies and JC Higgins has been the most professional company thus far. Robert answers emails in a timely manner unlike our previous experiences.
