If I could give 0 stars I would. There's a lady by the name of Lori Vandelac that sold a home and did not do a good job. She fraudulently signed an electronic document for pierce county with the sellers name and told the seller that she did it. The sellers wet sign every document and do not use the electronic signature. They were trying to back out of the deal after receiving the rental agreement that was never agreed upon or communicated throughout the whole sale. Was told several times that the owners would not be out of the home until October due to a pending buy in another state, as well

KRAMER SMITH was our agent and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through the stressful process of selling/buying. He truly went above and beyond for us. There was an an issue with our buyers financing that caused a delay in our closing but he ensured that both our deals still went through. He literally offered money out of his own pocket to keep the sellers from walking away. There is more to choosing a real estate agent that just finding someone who has sold a lot of houses, you want someone who will fight for you and Kramer is 100% that person!!

We can't say enough about Jason Saylor as a real estate agent. He went totally above and beyond finding us a wonderful home as well as working tirelessly to sell ours. He was also a great calming presence during all of those chaotic times. He was fantastic.

Jean Grange was so helpful and compassionate during the sale of my Ocean Cabin. I had just lost my mother during the time an offer came in and she not only contacted me about business she would send personal notes saying how sorry she was with my loss. She tried to condense everything into as few emails as possible as not to bother me during my time of grieving. Jean is VERY professional and looked after my best interest during the sale. I will be using her again when I sell my city house, and look for a new home, also will recommend her to all my friends if they are looking to buy or sell.

I was going to write a big long thing, but decided to change and make it brief. Jeff Mahan was our listing agent many years ago. Things went bad, Jeff Mahan and Gateway Real Estate sued us. There was an arbitration hearing that was a sham so we filed for a trial. They asked for summary judgement, the judge denied it at the hearing. We filed for summary judgement for other reasons and the judge found in our favor. They appealed. It was upheld. They appealed as far as they could (I believe). We won. They had to pay our legal fees, don't think they were expecting that. Start to finish probably

If there were more people in the world like Sandy Bicheray at Gateway Real Estate; we wouldn't have to lock our doors at night. I am so thankful to have met Sandy and to have her as my agent to negotiate the purchase of my home. She is patently experienced and her knowledge of real estate sales in encyclopedic. She advocated for me and negotiated the buying of my house as if it were with her her own money at stake. If you were to look-up the word "conscientious" in the dictionary, you will find "Sandy Bicheray" in the definition.

Jeff Mahan spent nearly a year and a half diligently searching for our dream home. He was remarkably responsive for such a busy guy. Inevitably there are issues as closing approaches. Jeff truly went above and beyond to make a smooth transaction for buyer and seller. I've experienced four home purchases. Not a lot. But this was by far and away the best experience. I cannot say enough positives about Jeff and the Gateway team. You'll be listing my former home as well. Thank you.
