Gavin and his team provided exceptional service throughout the entire home buying process. I have known Gavin since middle school. I always knew him to be honest and hardworking, so when it came time to buy our first house I contacted him. He was patient as we saw so many different houses all over Puget Sound. He was helpful every step of the way, giving great pointers on what to look for. We worked with Gavin and Kris to Buy, manage for 3 years, and then sell our Puyallup property and it was seriously the best real estate experience we have ever had. We recently embarked on the adventure of purchasing our first home, while out-of-state, and in the middle of moving. I had a great overall experience with Abode Base Real Estate. Based off of previous reviews for realtor Amy Baalaer, I decided to reach out to them after visiting a high pressure builder. I am very glad I did, she was very prompt, courteous and thorough.

The Adobe Real Estate team did an outstanding job handling my real estate transaction. I live out of state and Adobe helped me flip and sell my rental property in Spanaway. I hired Gavin and his team after a not so great experience with another local agent. The property I was selling was not typical and it required someone with patience and expertise.
