This is probably the most honest auto body shop in town. I had to get my front and rear bumpers fixed. I went to a few auto body shops to get quotes with the lowest being for $250. Then I landed at B&B auto body shop. A lady came out and took a look at the car. She pushed the bumper back in place but found it mid-aligned. She asked me to return back after the weekend. When I went back, she had one of the guys quickly unscrew and screw back the bumper in place. The bumper looked perfectly aligned and back in place. And guess how much did they charge me for the work? Zero! They just made my day

I took my beloved Hyundai Veloster to B&B after I was rear-ended. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs was more than the value of the car, so it was declared a total loss by my insurance company. B&B was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout. Louise and Sean were great, and they helped deal with my insurance company during the process. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This shop is fantastic. I had some minor damage from scraping a pole backing out of a tight spot. The plastic well for my fog light popped out intact and undamaged too. I called to see if I could get an estimate, and the man on the phone was polite and did a great job explaining their process. I swung by on my lunch break and Louise came out to meet me as I was parking. I explained what had happened and she called a technician over to pop the bumper and fog light well back in. These guys are miracle workers, and have hearts of gold! I am so so grateful to them for helping me and getting my car back to looking brand new. I was driving back home on South Kanan after dropping my kids off at camp, and a truck lost control as it was passing me. The next thing I knew, a giant tire came flying towards me! I was unable to swerve or stop, so the tire hit my new car (which I just got three days ago). This body shop is the best in Thousand Oaks/Westlake village area. They are professional, honest, clean, and very reasonably priced.
I took my car in for a front bumper repair and Sean greeted me and told me they will inspect and let me know if it requires repair or replacement. 15 minutes later Sean came back with a smile and told me that the bumper was in the best case scenario and did not require replacements. He put both side of the bumper back in and clipped them in their original place free of charge.
I have visited many body shops over the years and never met anyone that's as honest

After having an accident with my Prius, my husband and I took our car over to B&B to have it checked out for damage. We were running late, got there after closing hours, yet they gladly took plenty of time to talk to us. During the whole process, they were highly communicative and timely. They did an excellent job on our car. I would highly recommend their work.

I had a great experience using B&B Auto Body to repair damage to the underside of my car. My car also has cosmetic damage but their team was totally understanding when I said that I wasn't interested in the cosmetic repairs at this time. Their prices are fair and the service was exceptionally quick. The team is professional, COVID safe, and the repair is holding up perfectly.

I brought my car here to see if they could repaint the rear spoiler on my car because it was severely sun damaged. My car is black and the spoiler looked grey because it had faded so much! What a great job...the spoiler looks like it did when I bought it 11 years ago! It now matches the rest of my car. My neighbor actually asked me if I got a new car!

Look, I'll be honest with you, there are not to many businesses now that care more about the customers they take care of more then the money that comes in but this Auto body shop does! They take care of you every step of the way and are as transparent as possible about everything they do.

A car parked next to mine lightly dinged my passenger door, no indentation, just a superficial paint scrape, but glaring to me on my new car. I made an appointment with Mike at B&B, and his detail guy professionally buffed out the scratch, and a even a couple extra ones in less than half hour time, leaving the door shiny new looking again in record time. I barely had time to settle into the magazine I was reading 😆.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find the waiting room set up more like a comfortable lounge with sofas, coffee table, complementary coffee, not at all reminiscent of an auto

Wow!! Sean and his team are amazing!!
So a drunk driver hit our car while we were driving( we are both ok) but the car got some side damage. And the drunk driver's insurance recommended some shops in our area and I decided to choose B&B auto body, I did some research and he was the best choice.
So I first met Sean(the owner) and it was super fast to drop the car off, I met Sean, he looked at the car, told me some info on the car, he is very detailed and explained everything to me, I love that, that makes customers have more confidence in the shop.
