Terrible service, but friendly. I made an online appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time. The manager was outside chit chatting. When he finally came in, he acted like he was unaware that his company took online reservations. I gave him my keys. 45 minutes later, my car was still sitting where I parked it. He said he did not have a rack available. Then why take a reservation? What a complete waste of my time. We bought many many tires there for our cars. Never again. People complain about the big box stores eating up the little guys. Here is a prime example of why that happens. No respect

Like any other tire shop, they damage your wheels while working on your tires and they don't take responsibility for their actions, talk to the man in charge and he asked if I have pictures of the wheels before I brought it in?? Who takes pictures when you supposedly are leaving your vehicle in hands of profesionals! I went to this place because it's walking distance for me but the "Pros" is only the name, I'm leaving with a badly scratch wheel and I will never go back

This morning I had an alignment scheduled for 9am, the first alignment of the day. After putting my car up on the rack and waiting nearly two hours I was told they could not complete my alignment because of staffing problems.
I have taken my race prepped Miata here for alignments for 2 years. Within the past year I have been turned away 4 times after making an appointment and waiting each time for nearly 2 hours to find out they could not do it that day.
Why was I able to call and make an appointment?
Manager asks for me to come back the next day with no offered incentive in response to my inconvenience

Had a very pleasant experience doing business here. They were able to offer the most competitive price on wheel&tire package that I chose. They easily accommodated all of my meticulous requests, down to torque specs and bolt selection. They measured 10 times to be sure, and without a fuss. They do their job extremely well (observed first-hand), and know the exact limits of their capabilities. Exemplary way of doing business and earning customer loyalty.

Omg! I’m obsessed with my car and the new rims and tires Thousand Oaks tire pros just put on my car with new shocks. Re aligned and did all the things to make my car drive amazin. The owner John is really sweet… and so is his wife. Order my tires and rims and we’re there quick. Love the customer servic. my car drive sooo smooth.
