This is the most unprofessional company to the point that I'm questioning its legitimacy. I rent a house from them and I put in maintenance request on several this wrong. 2 majors are no heat and both toilets are broken. I believe that the floors are rotted out just like the wall was when I first moved in Sept 2021. I'm floored at the fact that no… one answers the phones. no one calls you back. This company does not care about the tenants in their properties. I have sent several emails with no response, phone calls go unreturned (they keep their mailbox full on purpose), and texts go unanswered. They are actually charging me for the pipe bursting in the units below me during the winter freeze. The funny part? I HAD TO TELL THEM THE PIPES… BURSTED! They claimed they did not even know. I was without water for 2 weeks! I have sent over 7 emails in a week with no response (they won't even send me the water bill so I can see the charges).
