Master key left unattended in apartment door for hours after apartment inspection.
Please Reconsider if thinking about moving to Phillips Landing!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend have been living in Phillips Landing apartment complex for almost a year now. There are many negatives I can give about this complex but nothing takes the cake like on Wednesday 11/20/19. Every 3 months or so they do an inspection on every apartment. I had never heard of such a thing except for if you lived in Government housing but I guess this is a policy of theirs. My boyfriend and I arrived home around 8p and like normal
